The property and staff were great and efficient and didn’t have any bad experiences and was very satisfied.

Cleaning was not thorough. Found old soap in shower, tells me that staff don’t spend time cleaning well. Floors were messy and trash left by guests allowed to stay, staining floors and leaving sticky mess.

I am not very picky. condition of the property in the rooms is poor. baseboards damaged. Bathroom dirty, someone's hair was left behind. Good location for what i needed.

Only ice machine was on the ground floor and I was on the 3rd floor. No cream or sugar for coffee in the room

hotel needs lots of TLC. many areas in room where paint is peeling, dings, dents and scratches in the walls and doors and generally just very well used.
Breakfast was below average. We were there on Sun and Mon nights and they had no butter nor Normal tea (ie like Lipton)"until Friday"..there are no stores in Fresno? The hot food was not well stocked and the peanut butter was so old it could not be spread..it came out in a chunk.
Lastly the noise from1) trains and 2) loud guests is awful. The walls are like paper and on one night someone in an adjacent room kept us up till 4am because he was so loud. Will not stay there again

We asked for a normal room without a huge bathtub taking up a quarter of the room and were told we don’t have rooms with a couch. Very close to the train tracks so didn’t expect a peaceful nights sleep.

The room smelled like feces when I opened the door. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles located in the shower. Keys to the room door did not work properly. I had to take the keys to the front desk to be programmed 2 times. Other family members stated that their rooms smelled like mold. Very disappointing.

Property not clean. At one point, as I went to my room, I had to pass a woman sitting outside her room on the floor with lots of food and snacks plus two dogs in the hallway. Her door was half way open and she had music going. Once I arrived at my room, the door was open and I couldn’t tell if my room had been broken into or if housekeeping forgot to close the door all of the way. The walls in the room needed to be washed and painted and the bedding needed to be changed. The whole experience gave me a bad feeling.
Fortunately I had a family emergency and had to check out immediately. I don’t know what I would have done had I been forced to stay. Very uncomfortable experience.

I booked the deluxe room especially for the spa tub in the room and they gave me a regular room and said all the spa tub rooms were booked😡
