The toilet and shower would not stop dripping. The floor had a used contact so clearly wasn’t vacuumed. The carpet was frayed. The comforter looked like someone had spilled a bottle of oil and was actually greasy. I alerted the front desk and after 3 requests they dumped a blanket off at my door and didn’t even offer to change it for me.

It was great stay. Breakfast was great, too. The only issue was our room had a funky smell.

The people and service is great! Awesome location! The breakfast options are good. Rooms are a bit dirty and the bathrooms are not good at all. Way too much money to spend for this type of hotel condition.

Overall, an excellent stay. Loved the breakfast and the managers reception in the late afternoon. We did have our bathroom sink get backed up. The maintenance staff were wonderful, offered us a different room, but we chose to stay in the room. They came and cleaned it right away and then checked back in the morning to make sure everything was okay.

We booked a room for 5 people, and did only get towels for three. There was no conforter for the extra bed.
There was no bath soup or shampoo.
The sinks leaked.
When my wife complained after checkout, the receptionist didn't bother to do anything, but to instruct to file a complaint.

We found a fake nail around the bed, AC did not work had to leave balcony door open to get room cooler.

We booked this trip because we wanted a hot tub. I called the hotel and asked if they had a hot tub. Whoever answered said yes. I asked if the hot tub worked. The same person said yes. We got to the hotel and the pool was open. However, the hot tub has been covered with concrete and has been for some time. So no hot tub! Then we wanted to rent a movie or be able to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. The TV had no movies to rent, no way to stream anything. Very disappointing about the person telling me the hot tub was open!
