Manager/GM was disrespectful to me as a woman made me cry at check in humiliated me in front of his entire staff called me liar stating my dog was not a service dog even after showing him the card information then the entire staff proceeded to be rude to me my entire 2 and a half week stay there while I was waiting for my apar**ent to be ready to move in I spent over a thousand dollars and cleaned my own room took out my own trash had to walk to front desk every day asking for towels trash bags soap clean sheets I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE ANYWHERE JASON THE MANAGER/GM IS WORKING He and his staff except the Supervisor is awful and mean

Hotel was nice, located right off Dallas north tollway. Walking distance from FC Dallas stadium and multiple restaurants. My only complaint was water for showers was lukewarm. Breakfast was hot with lots of options. Room was very large, says sleep 4 but with an air mattress could easily sleep 6.

Overall our stay was good. The room needed a bit of cosmetic work.
There were no regular or pool towels. When requested they stated they were all being washed. So had to use the same towels for the pool and after showered.

We have stayed here the past 4 years . The staff are very courteous . Hotel is great. Right location. Room very clean , spacious, and quiet. Very restful night.

Good place to stay and affordable if you book during the week. Rates go up significantly on the weekend.
Breakfast and coffee is good. However, the sausage gravy offered every other day is too thin and doesn’t taste great. They should go back to the sausage links only and forget the gravy.
I would definitely stay here again.

Place was nice clean, nothing crazy, but there is just cable available for the TVs so theres not much to do/watch when you get to the hotel. The wifi was horrible on the 4th floor, had to use my own data and it was hard to do my work here unless I went down to the lobby to get better wifi connection.
