"First, the key box was open when I arrived. There was a similar complaint in Google reviews, but the accommodation denied it. I believed them and made a reservation, but the key box really was open, allowing anyone to enter. Also, the cups and other items were covered in dust and unusable. This made me doubt whether the towels were actually being washed. Instead of dismissing the feedback, I hope they take it seriously and make improvements."

"The hotel is small but well-equipped, including complimentary drinks. The front desk staff were very polite and even came out to help with parking directions despite the rain. The bathroom was spacious and you could take a bath in the room."

"We were there in April 2024. The condition of the premises is very good, clean. But the feeling of the premises is from the 60s of the last century. This is probably how it should be. For a very old hotel this is expected. The service is exaggeratedly perfect. We left the hotel for a walk and an employee immediately escorted us and offered to take umbrellas at the door on the way out. We came in from the street where it was raining and the administrator at the front desk ran when he saw us into the utility room and brought towels for our faces and hands to dry off. The maid, seeing us leaving the room with the child, immediately asked us to stay and within a minute brought a child’s yukata and children’s slippers. They called us for breakfast 5 minutes before the appointed time and warned that everything was ready. Breakfast is above all praise (national dishes), very varied and large comprehensive breakfast. We highly recommend it to those who want to get acquainted with a version of a national hotel - a ryokan."

"Stayed here with a friend primarily for sightseeing in Enoshima. It was super convenient for getting around, being close to Shin-Enoshima Station. However, the in-room tablet wasn't connected to Wi-Fi, which made checking in and out a bit inconvenient as we had to call. While the amenities were good and plentiful, it was a shame that there was hardly any laundry detergent left on the first day of our stay, and we couldn't find any refills anywhere. Despite these minor issues, overall, I'm satisfied. If you're considering it, you should definitely book!"

"The location of this apartment is very close to enoshima island and the beaches which is a plus. There is a 7 eleven nearby. The unpleasant part is I had issues finding parking initially. The "road" that leads to the apartment building is also used by pedestrians so you have to drive very carefully and slow. There is no free parking. The nearest parking cost 2600 yen a day. The bath towels provided are very small. There is no tap to fill up the bathtub so you have to use the shower head which is rather strange."

"We booked a twin room for around 450 RMB. The lobby attendant was very friendly and attentive. The room had a tea table for enjoying tea and a sea view, and the space was ample. The soundproofing was poor, which affected our rest. The bathroom was clean but small and lacked a shower. There is a large bath on the basement level."
