Literally this premises is preset-ed as great place to live, there's no proper entrance. In picture its shown so big. But literally disappointed.

In my opinion, the room size isn’t as they mention it sq ft wise, no network to be able to make/recieve calls all in all ok experience if you’re going to just sleep and spend as less time as possible.

A good hotel experience combines exceptional service, comfort, and value, creating a pleasant and memorable stay.

Near to us consulate neat and good rooms friendly staff no food. But there are so many restaurants near by

This hotel doesn't provide for families ( 2+2) but mm t allowed the booking for 4 of my family. When i reached there late evening, the staff went above and beyond to get me an additional bed as i was traveling with 2 kids. Excellent service with strong customer empathy. Five stars

Good rooms and nice and helpful staff. Though there is some noise in the room from the restaurant kitchen.

We requested for an early check in, it was given but the room had broken curtains that was damaged even after they fixed it later. ***** with that there was no ac or tv remote. ***** with that the geyser was old made noises.

The hotel room was very cosy and comfortable. I enjoyed my time here. The reason of giving 3/5 is first they gave me a room where someone had already checked in. The guest was in room and we both were shocked when I opened the door. Thankfully he didn't argue with me though annoyed and asked me to enquire at reception. The receptionist then gave me another room. Another thing is the printer at reception wasn't functional. I needed a printout to include in my documents for the VISA interview. But it was too late by the time I found out that printer wasn't working. The 2nd receptionist was very kind and suggested a shop nearby but it was closed. So overall a very good hotel but they should keep a track on which rooms are occupied.
