really really like this hotel, the rooms are clean, the tv is super clear, the bathroom also has hot water

Not as I expected as 5star hotel n resort. My room has big fungi spot at d wall really not nice to see. There were not sleepers, laundry bag, floor towel,hand towels, I have to call the hotel than they delivered it to me. There were no stationary too. Breakfast just fine with small choices and there were no napkins. They only provide small square n sharing tissue box at the buffet table. Not comfort for me with toddler to go repeatedly to take tissues. The atmosphere was nice and separated with d new building

this hotels views are the best. but the service a little bit slow. We arrived hotel at 1.30 PM and check in, but the receptionist tell us the room not ready yet. we waiting about 1 hour and half till we can enter our room. but over all this hotel is good.

The best part of this hotel was the view in the infinity pool. You got to see it!

Karyawan Agak lamban, pas di restaurant breakfast mereka byk berdiri tapi membantu….pas berenang minta handuk pun g dtg2 tu handuk amount deh. Breakfast Nya tidak enak sama sekali
