Great check in, very friendly & accommodating, clean & spacious room. Nice looking pool area. Waffles & donuts & things for a pretty good breakfast. My only disappoin**ent was barely luke warm water my entire shower, w it all the way on hot.

The property smelled clean when you walked into the lobby but the prevailing lingering cigarette smell in the elevator and in the hallway and occasionally in our non-smoking room, was not pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Coffee in the morning was very good.

Our family of four stopped here on our trip through so we could visit the Mothman Museum the following morning.
Hotel is a little dated but upkept really well! It was nice and clean, staff was great at check in and out, beds were comfortable and the double room was spacious. Breakfast options were okay with some warm eggs the day we stayed. Better than your usual cold cereals and toast. Also right next door to a Bob Evans if you prefer a heartier breakfast!

This was a one night stop on a family trip. Check in was easy, staff was friendly at check in and breakfast, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet yet close to the highway for easy on and off.

The next time I would ask for a room in the rear away from the highway noise. Also not get the room on the end of the of the building near the exit, the customer traffic in and out all night very noisy.

The front desk person and the morning breakfast person were friendly. However advertising a pull out couch in our room was a lie, hot breakfast was only microwaved eggs, no waffles even though the machines were there. Our king size bed only had two pillows we had to go down to the front desk for two more. The hallways were dirty and the room had a smell.

Only two standard pillows were included on a king size bed. There was a lot of noise from the floor above.

The staff was friendly. The hallways smelled of tobacco as there are many smoking rooms. The comforter in my room had a cigarette burn. The breakfast items were fresh and internet was reliable. The hotel was close to historical sotes and the mothman museum. There is lots of places to eat in the vicinity and Bob Evans is right next door.
