Very enjoyable stay at Galway Bay hotel. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. The room was cozy & comfortable. The chocolates & Prosecco were a lovely touch.

Attending a wedding Property needs to be updated. Looks a little tired but clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent

Check in took a long time
Restaurant service was very slow and seemed under staffed
We dropped our bags off early and it took over an hour for the porter to bring them up
Staff was nice and polite, but seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good and included, nice pool, and clean and comfortable rooms. The one area to be improved was that there was only one hook in the bathroom. It's difficult to reuse towels with no space to let them dry.

Brilliant all round value and comfort. Lovely new bathroom, room perfectly nice, we were on top floor like a dormer window room, no view alas. The best rooms are with the sea view obviously! But we spent our time in the pool, cafe, bar, restaurant downstairs as there were lots of nice options downstairs. Service was above and beyond, unbelievable standard of kindness, helpfulness, engagement from staff. Faultless. Smiles and welcome - a thing you don't see all the time now. Breakfast was one of the very best despite the busyness of the hotel. We ate in the Bar and also the Restaurant - both good, kiddy friendly which suited us but wouldn't suit romancing couples! We will return for the service from Rachel in the Bar and Cayleigh in the Restaurant - made us feel like they wanted us there, appreciated our business and it was just great!
