Wonderful experience..The entire staff was extremely polite..warm welcoming..they made us feel very comfortable..***as was very friendly he guided us nearby local places to see around..we have stayed in lemon tree in various states never been disappointed with there hospitality..food is excellent..hygiene rooms..entire staff is soft spoken..no complaints..

Wonderful stay and good experience in lemon tree. Rooms were very clean and hygienic, room service was very prompt. Lemon tree hotel is the best of in Gangtok. I stay here for two night's. In breakfast variety of foods are available that is very tasty . All staff very cooperative. Gym , spa and swimming pool available in property. In dinning hall service boys and girls were very polite and cooperative. Specially Sonam (associate) was very well behaved and polite she served me variety of testy food as my choice.

Very good restaurant Very courteous staff and fast in service Rooms are spacious and with all the required amenities, good bathroom The lobby is wonderful Good spa, fitness centre Could do regular Yoga session there The front desk too smiling and helpful Overall Sikkim people seem helpful and supportive of tourism

I would say Lemon tree Gangtok is one of best hotel I have stayed in Gangtok so far. The staff is so welcoming and they take care of you so well. The food was awesome and the room size was good. The food menu used to change everyday and was mouthwatering. A special mention for Chongee at front desk, for amazing guest service. Overall had a wonderful stay at Lemon tree, Gangtok.

Overall service and hospitality were awsome. Specially Restuarant Food and service. I couldnt control myself and took the names of the chef and hospitality people. Thank you for the awsome food and service to Chef Palash, Mingsu (Very Polite), ***ish, Ezikal, Kamal, Dawa, Rajendra

Overall we had a very good experience . Rooms were neat,clean and spacious comfortable beds, Food was good customer service excellent, staffs were friendly especially Mingsu and also Chef Palash,***ish, Dawa, ezikal, Rajendra and Kamal.

The food is fingerlicking good, staff is super helpful and polite, beautiful rooms and amazing amazing service! I don't think I have ever been so happy from any of my hotel stays. Checking out feels like leaving home. Ezikal, Sapna, Mingsu Snehasish, Thank you so so much. You made our days!

Chef Palash is the reason for this wholesome review. My parents and 2 other couples, all 60+ were in Sikkim. Palash not only made sure he was available to help with anything & everything but also made sure he packed their breakfast early morning 2 AM coz they had a flight to catch from Bagdogra in the morning. Really appreciate his thoughtfulness.
