Excellent it's a heritage hotel,great check in ad lobby, gud staff,well furnished rooms ,fairly good area,well kept,nice restaurant, tapid breakfast, the lobby toilet needs lot of improvement, incidentally they have a stocked bar,the only drawbacks steep climb to reach the hotel ad no gym.

This is a heritage hotel giving the vibes of Sikkim. We went for a delux room booked by a travel agent and was allotted room 76. The window was small and there was construction next door touching the hotel so we hardly got any light leave alone a good view. The staff is courteous and the food is decent. The restaurant staff especially Eric, Kalyan and Sarita. Fried rice is good, Thukpa is decent. Buffet breakfast is free and has a decent spread. Accessibility to the hotel is a big problem with an approach road towards the hotel as well as the entry to the hotel is pretty steep and is a good cardio exercise if you wish to roam around the hotel. MG road market is close by but would recommend taking a taxi on the way back esp. Checkin Check out was smooth and hassle free. There are other decent hotels nearby like the Fern Denzong but has a city hotel type feel if you are up for it but has a better

Pro +Rooms are good with all amenities. +Staffs are welcoming and nice + Direct booking through hotel may provide better deals. + Restaurant staff are very nice . Cons - food is average with very limited options but that is understandable from 3star hotel. - biggest negative is their slope to hotel from hotel,very steep ...it takes breath to walk . Do not stay If you are senior citizen or with kids . Couples can ***age. And Mall road is 10 minutes walk that too in slopes up down.

Very near walking distance to MG marg and shopping areas quieter part of the Main Street. Friendly service staff and kudos to miss shilla and the gents at the restaurant. Room heater is chargeable but warm. Room nicely decorated. Breakfast tasty. Rooms were clean.

Hotel is a best cheap and valued hotel.Hotel is located to near Mg marg.Walkinf down to MG mark is ok,but returning back you nee extra effort or a cab for 150 rs can drop you at hotel.Staffs were polite and helpful.Heater charge is 300 per day. Toiletries like soap,shampoo are replaced daily.Hair dryer was available.On request got comb and tooth brush and paste. Cons-Was trying to communicate my late check in through the contact nos available in website.But not reachable.Can include one or two premium regional language channels.

Beautiful exterior ethnic interiors and exteriors lovely cultural feel flowers on every step loving and kind staff good food all make it up to be an absolutely wonderful experience a must revisit simply lovely.

Had great stay in the hotel... Staff is very very co-operative... Visited with family for 31 dec... Food is good....rooms are spacious.... Location is also good ....near to m g road .. service and cleanliness is best...

Amazing ambience that captures the culture of the state, rooms are elegant and comfortable to stay in, room service is diligent and keeps the rooms looking tidy. The complementary breakfast has a myriad of options to choose from, and the A la Carte menu for dinner is fantastic as well, food quality is amazing and quite affordable. The restaurant staff were helpful and responsive especially Kalyan who made our dining experience even better. Location is also very close to MG road, overall a very nice stay which I would definitely recommend to all

Nice hotel to stay in Gangtok, best feature Close proximity to MG Marg, convenient location. Food service is excellent special thanks to Kalyan and Deepa for making our stay special. Overall it was very nice experience. Thank you to all the Hotel staff
