預訂的king suit套間，房間面積很大，適合家庭出遊。
加拿大這邊默認不提供一次性用品，最好是帶自己的洗漱用品，尤其是拖鞋，這裏沒有一次性拖鞋，去前台索要的話衹提供循環使用的腳套（冬天避免地板涼）
這邊一般是下午3點才能入住，最好是有ihg的會員，要不然3點以前不能入住，需要單獨付費25加元。酒店忙的時候，會員延遲退房也不能用，這點要注意。
建議預訂朝西側的房間，傍晚看落日非常非常美。如果是自駕遊的話，推薦去河邊的公園，5分鐘車程，那裡有大片綠地，能看到成羣的野生加拿大鵝

房間還不錯，有個大落地窗，酒店早餐真的很貧乏，中國胃的我對西人早餐真的很痛恨🤣周圍生活配套也非常便利！算是中規中矩的酒店吧！

Terrible customer service at the front desk. We booked a room with 1 queen 1 sofa bed for 3 adults. After checking in, we discovered there was no bedding or pillows provided for the sofa bed. Called front desk and we were told the hotel ran out of pillows. This hotel charges for EV charging. You could use the wall plug for very slow charging but half of the outlets have no power.

Entrance of room was stinking, foul smell of dirty socks. Same foul smell was there in washroom too. Bodywash bottles pump didn’t work at all. We people were so tired so couldn’t call up reception and bring to their notice. If hotels have multiple rooms, it’s recommended to check before its key is handed over to the guest.

Our stay was good, great breakfast, very clean and modern. The only problem we had was noisy beds... you hear every turn the person makes in bed.

Wasnt first time we have stayed there and certainly wont be our last. The place is great, clean, quiet, and has a very good breakfast to go with super comfy beds. highly recommend it

Hotel was busy but we heard nothing in our room. Beds were comfortable, rooms was clean, location was amazing and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed oct 12-24 in room 410.
No one cleaned our rooms even after we requested cleaning service 2 days in a row!
Hallway was always noisy with people talking and the doors always made a loud bang when people release the doors to close. Coffee machine in the room did not work at all. Stains on the bedsheets and cover. The bed was too soft and made squeaky noises every time someone turns.
