説是有疫情，早餐取消。賓館比較便宜，但是設施非常陳舊。一把非常低的椅子，一個肥大的沙發單人的。有微波爐和冰箱。但整個設定讓人進去，感覺走幾乎沒有空間。如果能有一張像樣的桌子加兩把椅子，哪怕去掉沙發，都會讓人舒服。但是也衹能是睡覺了。燈光灰暗。到了第二天早上，放過食品的包，居然有一個蟑螂。建議試一下別的賓館。

Beds were very basic. They worked for an overnight. Lighting in room was subpar. The toilet seat was loose (I tightened the bolts for them). The bath tub spigot had copper pipe exposed; apparently the plumber couldn’t make the cut or fix the mistake. Functional, good water pressure, but not professional.

Great location for walking around Gatlinberg!! Staff was great! Very kind and helpful. It served its purpose for us. Felt safe with kids and we didnt have to drive anywhere for 3 days. A lil more TLC in some areas in the room and building but nothing to really complain about. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!

Staff was super friendly and accomodating. Location was EXCELLENT for walking to the main ***** and seeing and doing everything in the area. Beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a constant leak but we closed the door and it didn't interfere with our day to day, just kept the door closed for the sound. Water pressure was low so showers took a little longer than expected. No real issues, would stay again. Great price!

Great location (walking distance to most main attractions) and room rate was good. Older building with bathroom recently renovated it seemed but with better cleaning (like simply wiping spills from walls and doors) the stay would have been better.

Have been staying at this property for years and find it a good option for convenience and price. First time bathrooms weren’t as clean as usual. Maybe someone was just having a bad day. So I will continue to stay unless cleanliness becomes a problem. Overall it’s good for a night maybe two. Walking up town is the best part. So close without being on main *****.

Everything we needed! We bring our small kureig for some good coffee when we wake up. A little more attention to cleaning the rooms would be a good idea. The bed platform had some debris but i wiped it off. The bathroom doors need to be wiped as well but thats my OCD maybe. The staff is great

The Gatlinburg Howard Johnson is always a good choice. Good location and quite comfortable, it's much better and family friendly than a lot of the 'tourist-grade' motels that abound in the area.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Always hot water when I showered. The view was beautiful.
