Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Gatlinburg, TN

This was the easiest check-in I’ve ever experienced!o

Nice Hotel, located on right place in Gatlinburg. We stayed for 3 night here when we visited smoky Mountains. It was comfortable stay. All tourist locations are nearby. They have free parking and breakfast was ok.

The hotel was in a good location and was very clean. However the people at the front desk were on the lazy side. They couldn’t be bothered to help in any way.

Few things need to be change but property currently under renovation so i won't say anything...and fee was cheaper than usual so no complaint.

We arrived a little early and was able to check in early and leave our car while we explored the area. The man at the dest was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice and fit us perfectly!

Our stay was super good. Clean, welcoming and super nice. Would definitely recommend or book it for our future stay as well.

The worst bed I have ever slept in. Very bad smell when turned on heater. Not a pleasant smell in room.

Much to our surprise, when we checked in the front desk gave us a key for an occupied room. We were shocked to see people staring back at us when we opened the door. That could have been a very dangerous situation. They fixed the issue after a few comments that made it seem like we were at fault, but then gave us a less desirable room right next to noisy exit door. Speaking of the noise, it was one of the nosiest hotels I’ve stayed at. It sounded like they were moving furniture across the floor in the room above us at all times of the night. The wall next to us was paper thin so we could hear their conversations. Housekeeping started vacuuming at 7am in the room above us which woke us up. The common areas smelled musty. The room was clean for the most part, but there was definite improvements that could have been made by maintenance. Parking was awful. They don’t have enough spots for their guests to park at. They were good about towing vehicles that didn’t belong in the lot. Overall, the only positive thing about the place was that it is within walkable distance to the Parkway, but I would never stay at this hotel again if I have the choice.
