Gatlinburg Mountain Inn

Extremely wonderful owner and staff. So very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and overall comfortable. The bathrooms are super small but doable. The comforters could go to be deep cleaned , sheets had some holes in them and pillows need to be replaced they were flat. But those are very very minor details. Overall the stay was great. Convenient location, clean and quiet. And again I have to say the owner and staff were so welcoming and friendly!

I give this property a 10/10. Very exceptional hotel for the price especially! Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend this hotel to everyone...

Friendly staff. Room was clean. Bed area needs additional lighting. ROKU TV was difficult to figure out how to use.

We checked in at 4pm. Left to get dinner. Came back around 6pm. I pulled back the cover and there was a toenail. I called down to the desk and he told me he’d “be up to look” … after I hung up I continued to unmake the bed so it could be changed and notice a HUGE pee spot on the mattress pad. I didn’t panic because well, I’m a mom… until I could smell the urine. I then realized it was still wet. The bed had not been changed. We then checked out. No refund was given, which is fine. They obviously need the money more than I do. The bathtub was peeling something awful. We were only staying two nights so I was okay dealing with that. You can’t sanitize something properly if the paint is constantly chipping. This hotel was what I like to describe as “perfume on the pig” … they thought adding some paint would make it look better. Which worked… for pictures. But not in real life. Also, they have dollar tree artificial plants planted in the ground… I should’ve just drove off then. Tacky and weird.

Pros: Clean room, great staff. Cons: Clogged bath tub and you can hear noise from the outside

Rooms smelled absolutely awful.. literal mold. The front desk attendant was rude when I said I wanted a refund and said “we can go sniff other rooms and just move you” umm no I just want a refund.

It was awesome, so close to all the activities that you could participate downtown of Gatlinburg, TN especially with it being walking distance to the parks ex. Anakeesta Sky park! Great place and view highly recommended.

The hotel/ motel was older but clean. The rooms were small and the beds were showing there wear.

You can’t beat the price. The room was clean, beds comfortable and had a good size smart TV. While the bathroom was small it was recently renovated and nice. The office staff was great.
