Staff was super friendly and efficient upon checking me in. The bathrooms are in need of some updating but overall nice place to stay.

The property was filthy, I had to change rooms 3 times after check out due to mold, dirt and mouse poop on beds, shower and couch. The staff then proceeded to make derogatory comments about me in front of me in a language they did not think I understood due to me making complaints about the mouse poop. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good side was the front desk worker when I first checked in. She was extremely helpful and sincere with her apologies due to the conditions of the room. She deserves to work somewhere much nicer and more appreciative of there staff.

It was a filthy run down hotel, on top of that the heat stopped working in our room and we had to spend 2 hours talking to the front desk and management and ******* to attempt to get a refund for the freezing cold unsafe conditions, still waiting for a resolution

It was under construction and dusty. Lots of broken things. We were there 8 hours. Thats all i can say.

They are currently renovating but the price was great, the staff was friendly and the beds were super comfy!

Unable to get into our room at 2am after 2 trips to the front desk because the door lock was malfunctioning. Also no mirror anywhere in the room. How are you supposed to get ready doing hair and makeup?? A little warning ahead of time instead of an apology later would have been preferred.

The motel was quite nice, but there’s nothing to do in Gaylord. This is just a stop to get to the UP, Petoskey, Boyne, or Traverse City for day trips.
