Situated in the very hot of old Gdansk.very nice, clean and gentle staff.

I could enjoy nothing with the view. It was different what I expected.
Dirty bathrobes, and maybe reused paper cup, and even didnt change towel fully, one was on the handle. Bathrobes were mess as you can see in the picture.
I was wondering if someone didn't finish cleaning and forgot.
And the most shocking thing was dirty paper cup, there were coffee marks on leads.
I stayed here for 2 nights and found this cleaning situation late time so I didn't call the reception. But when I told the receptionists with checking out, they apologized and offered free taxi ride to central station.
But seriously this hotel should improve the cleaning services.

Perfect location, such a great stay. The breakfast was delicious although coffee slightly on the cooler side but possibly because I had it as room service. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place right by the canal!! Room was a little small but generally well kept. Breakfast was great - loved the French toast.

The hotel left a good impression. Beautiful location in the historical part of the city, but 20 minutes from the center.
The staff is friendly.
Room and breakfast are standard.
The hotel can be recommended both for business trips and for tourist trips to Gdansk.

Lovely hotel, perfect place, staff a little rude however when all we asked for was a soft drink and was made to wait half an hour

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu. Mały minus za bardzo drogi parking (140zł za dobę) oraz dodatkowo płatny wstęp na basen - goście hotelowi powinni mieć bezpłatny dostęp do basenu.

Mycket trevligt Spa hotell som ligger mitt i Gdansk centrum med gångavstånd till det mesta.
Rummet var ok i storlek men kunde varit lite större. Kan fortfarande varmt rekommendera hotellet eftersom det ändå var väldigt modernt och fräscht. Även frukosten höll väldigt bra nivå.
