House "Skistadl". 6 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 11 km from the centre of Fügen, 18 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a sunny position on a slope, directly by the skiing area. For shared use: property with meadow. Barbecue. In the house: restaurant, central heating system. 1.5 km long very bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. In Winter: please take snow chains. Steep footpath to the house. Parking at the house, in winter 900 m. Shop 6 km, railway station "Kaltenbach" 6 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, mountain railway, ski lift 500 m, slopes 10 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Winter info: The SKISTADL house is right on the snow-covered valley descent to Kaltenbach, approx. 500 m above the middle station of the Hochzillertalbahn (see ski map). On the ground floor of the house, the landlords run a cozy mountain restaurant with a sun terrace (open from approx. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., house guests receive a 10% discount on the daily menu, closed in summer!). The house can be reached in two ways: 1) Access by car from Kaltenbach (4 km) on a small mountain road to the landlord's house near the middle station, snow chains may be necessary. The slope to the apartment is black, difficult for children to drive directly (the path is longer than 900 m, the owners are very nice and helpful but they drove us) WiFi is bad and doesn't always work. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful holiday and we Than

The apartment was, as advertised, well equipped and clean. Very nice and helpful landlord. The apartment is a bit isolated from shops and hiking trails. So you have to have a vehicle, but that wasn't a problem for us. I would definitely book this apartmen
