The best unit possible, ground floor 50 yards from the Caribbean Sea, best location on the 7 Mile Beach, just south of the Ritz the Westin Hotels. Everything is updated in the unit and spotless. This is our third year there and we are already booked for next year. On site management is excellent.

We have been coming to Cayman for the past 15 years. It’s always a pleasure to be here on 7 miles beach. This is our first time staying at the Colonial Club, Omar, the manager was very friendly and helpful. He made us felt like home. The staffs are so professional and the condo was very well stacked . It’s the perfect place to be when you want to have a beach vacation. There plenty of beach front to relax, and the ocean water was so clear, and perfect. It is a gem! Can’t wait to come back soon!

This is a fantastic property to get a rental, located perfectly between The Ritz and the Camana Bay. Next door is Ragazzi, one of the best restaurants on the Island. Omar, the property manager is a fantastic person, taking care of all details and anything you may need. The property is located right on the beach, and actually one of the best beaches in the area. If you want to experience Paradise on Earth, go to the Colonial Club!

I've stayed there for 5 years now The condo is beautiful and the view out front directly to beach, ocean and the best sunsets Generally stay for 2 months and find nothing lacking in amenities Spacious, comfortable beds and large bathroom Lots of space with comfortable furniture Just love the screened in patio with a perfect view

Our second stay (19 nights) and we just love the place. Very comfy and functional condos and right on a beautiful part of Seven Mile Beach. Perfect for eating in or out, with plenty of restaurants nearby offering both casual and fine dining. The site is beautifully maintained and Omar and his team are so welcoming and pull out all the stops to make your stay a wonderful experience. Roll on 2024...we look forward to returning again for our family holiday.

The Colonial Club is small with a wide beach, so there is no crowding or multiple rows of loungers. Omar the property manager is a 4th generation Caymanian, and excellent at his job. The condos are clean and beautiful! The pool is surrounded by bougainvillea and other flowers.

Great and great! Clean and well maintained. I loved how cleaners came every single day and cleaned. Right next to the beach and just overall a great place to stay. I would for sure go back again, as it was truly a great experience.

A beautiful hidden gem on seven mile beach! So quiet and clean, with plenty of umbrellas and chairs for the entire condo. Perfect walking distance to Camana Bay (restaurants) and grocery stores, as well as some other quick local places. Omar was extremely helpful with navigating the island. Housekeeping was scheduled to come daily, which we didn’t feel we needed, so we let Omar know and took care of things ourselves a bit. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

7 mile beach is one of the most beautiful in the Caribbean The Colonial Club is an intimate set of Condos on the beach. It is a friendly place and the units are well maintained. The manager Omar is friendly and helpful with whatever you need We have been to Cayman many times and this is our favorite place to stay
