Is very near to eating place, walking distance to Presgrave street. RM5 per day but first come first serve basis even though u already pay for parking during check in you still need to wait for the parking to be available only you can park in. Very bad sound proof, u can always heard people walking and knocking above your ceiling. Staff very friendly and greet you whenever you enter the hotel.

Great hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are water stations in the hotel to refill your water bottle which was a really nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities in general were to a high standard.

Conveniently located within the vicinity of the ‘old school’ shopping malls and Hin Bus Depot weekend markets. Small rooftop pool but I like the 24 hour access to the functional gym. Room is cozy, though sound proofing can be improved (when you have ‘enthusiastic’ guests as neighbours). Our room is at the ground floor of this 3 storey heritage building, but we do not have any windows in the room. Breakfast was simple and we had a choice of 4 set meals.

The hotel looks new but located to a small lane street that you could hardly find. Hotel room of stay is clean and tidy. Comfortable stay, but the soundproof has room to improve. We can hear the next door when they open/ close the door. Staff is nice. Without complimentary car parking strictly.The car parking became most of the nigh**are in this hotel.You cannot load your luggage in front of hotel, because along the road once you stop front of hotel, behind lots of car will pass by this road occupy it and mostly you don't have the chance. I drove 3 times rounded finally found the car park mentioned , but you have pay it costly per night and not user friendly.Hotel will not in charge the parking and let you hopeless to deal with 3rd party handling this private car park. Not recommend to stay this hotel for car traveler, or business traveller.Cross the road you can search nearby hotel lodge with business type.

Fantastic hotel, love it. Room is big service is nice really nothing to complain about.

Service by the front office desk was inconsistent. Great on our first night but terrible on our second. Rooms do not come with bottled water.

Location is ok, can walk to few famous foods nearby around 10mins, the floor of my room somewhere is dirty. And the the most important thing is the room soundproof is not good, my room always can hear the neighbor room's talking and hairdrying cause there's a room door between Our room. And also can hear the water flow from water pipe clearly from upper stairs. The hotel gym is good and clean.

The hotel room was very clean and cozy, and the staff at the reception area were very friendly. Gym and swimming pool were also kept tidy.

Cutleries not available when we asked the front desk as we wanted to quickly dine in the room before we head out to an event. Casually told us that ‘the f&b people are finished already’. Totally not acceptable for hotel chain like this.
