Hotel location is very good however there’s limited parking in the basement and in front of the hotel. A guard will show you where to park. The hotel bed is very comfortable, toilet is clean. Will come back again.

Our stay was quite nice overall. The room came equipped with a hot shower and hair dryer. For ironing, you’d have to step outside the room. It’s a good idea to bring your own shampoo and body wash since the ones they provide are from an unknown brand and may not be suitable for everyone. The room was spacious so we’re likely to consider coming back.

The hotel has many rooms for improvement, we got a room with the bathroom door knob almost fell off all the time and the bathroom itself has a weird smell. Location is fine as we could get to most places in 10 mins time.

The staffs was so friendly and helpful. Affordable and safe parking. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall I like the stay.

The room is sparkling clean, I booked deluxe twin room,the room is big for me, husband and my 4 month old baby, have basic amenities like refrigerator,but tv's channel is not clear however it did bothers us as most of the times we were outside..the aircond also not very cold.this hotel situated near the attraction place and restaurants like line clear,nasi kandar sulaiman,have dobi at the lobby,have free flow coffee also.. I will definitely stay here again if i come to penang
