I have stayed at Princess Ramada several times, but this is the first time that I had to pay a large amount just to check in a couple of hours early. Never happened before. I was very tired and hot, so I paid - not happy about it.

Room was generally clean. However, upon closer inspection there were dust and grime in some areas. Breakfast was limited but food was good nonetheless. Staff were very helpful and customer service overall was excellent.

滿意，想不到在圭亞那這樣的地方還有這樣性價比較高的酒店。
房間很大，環境較乾淨，整體感受不錯！推薦，價格合適！

Hotel was convenient for our meeting, front desk is very professional, other staff not very professional. Check in is at 3pm but pool closes at 5pm also no towels at the pool. Our room had lots of water on the floor had to get another. Another room was flooded they had to be moved also. I would not stay there again unless there are no other options.

The hotel is located in a nice area, however it lacks maintenance. The curtains are falling down, bathroom needs cleaning, wash room sink broken, air conditioner not working properly. The staff needs to be trained on how to give great customer service. I have no plans to stay there again.

Our stay was awful, the neatness of the room was totally inappropriate, everything was so dirty specially the bathroom, the blankets also had a terrible smell. I will never come to this hotel .
The front desk guy also was very disrespectful.

Thanks to Rebecca the front desk and all the staff at the front seat can’t remember their name excellent service
The restaurant staff weee accommodating too read some reviews but my experience was totally different yes the place needs some upgrade and they are trying
Security guards were great too very friendly
Thank you so much to isha the girl who clean our room she deserve a raise very funny and she clean our room every day new towels and lotssssss of pillows
Hot water was abundant
The balcony was great love it for the fresh air
Room size was perfect
One recommendation was to move the bathroom it was in the middle of the room lol
Overall me and my family had a excellent time
Will come back to the Ramada inn princess
Breakfast was excellent variety every day
