It’s one of the best living experiences that we have made in New Zealand and the owner was really nice for having everything ready for us even we arrived late at night. It was so sweet of him that he turned on the heater before arrival as it was so freezing that night and offered us some cookies. Highly recommend it!!!

We had a wonderful stay here for our one night in Geraldine. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the very kind owner and shown to our comfortable room. It was open and airy, with fresh cookies waiting for us! The gardens are beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. We were given dinner recommendations in the area and he wished us well when we checked out in the morning. Highly recommend staying here and would love to go back!

From the friendly welcome to the comfortable and very clean room there was nothing to fault about our stay here. We only stayed one night on our way from Christchurch to Aoraki/Mount Cook but enjoyed our walk into town for a meal at The Village Inn. We found Geraldine to be a friendly little town with a few nice shops and a small market on the Saturday morning. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Cannot fault the cleanliness, comfort and convenience. We had the two bedroom for my sister and I. Lovely kitchenette with beautiful garden at the door. Comfortable beds and large bathroom. The touches added to the decor make it smart and homely. Hosts are fabulous and couldn’t have done more to make our two night stay wonderful. Thankyou

Fantastic hosts and great funky rooms, everything you need, not over the top but always clean, tidy and perfectly presented. John and Sandra can't be beaten for looking after their guests, really pleasant and welcoming people. Each room has an entirely different colour and theme, so pick a different room each time you stay to enjoy an entirely different decor. Ask Sandra for decorating tips - but steer John on to horses, probably safer than asking him if pastels are in this season. Easy wander into town through the park to enjoy Geraldine's charms.

These units have to be the best value for money going.
The units havebeen decorated like a home, with pot plants beautiful art and unique touches you wouldn't normally find in a motel.

Highly recommend this lovely motel in Geraldine. Was so nice we stayed an extra night. Amazing owners who were a pleasure to deal with. Gorgeous wee garden out the back of the room which was so nice to sit outside in the sun. Rooms were well equipped and had everything you need.
