Der Grubacher

My parents booked 1 week at the hotel as a birthday present for my daughter. We checked in today and honestly speaking checked out 1 hour later. The family suite that she booked was a disaster, we found old moody pillows in the cupboard, one cupboard door was broken same as the curtain. The separate toilet has mold because there was no exhaust fan (the family suite was in the old part). Bathroom had a window into the suite so that when you have a shower your kids can happily see you. When you entered your suite there was a window besides the door and you could see inside someone else room. I have stayed in 3 star hotels in Austria and South Tyrol and they had a much higher standard. If you wanna go, safe yourself the time and go somewhere else. We checked out after an hour and went to a proper 4 star hotel

Highly recommended! We had a themed suite with stunning views! I have so enjoyed the balcony of the room. On our anniversary day, the hotel treated us very special. First, we got special trea**ent in the Rosen Suite. We enjoyed a private sauna with a bottle of wine for the whole afternoon. And in the night, we had our wedding anniversary private dinner at the wine cellar of the Hotel! They have decorated the wine cellar with candles and flowers. Romantic! The Owner, Gina was welcome and the director, Balu was very helpful! All the staff was awesome and very helpful! The Covid precautions were excellent. We felt very safe, very well looked after and will return to this beautiful hotel! Oh ya. We have enjoyed ourselves so much the breakfast! Everything was so fresh and delicious! And after doing many activities, we spent our time at the outdoor sauna. They have 'a a secret' place on the second floor, where you can enjoy a bottle of wine with a good book with a stunning view of Gerlos from a small cute window! 😉 We had 4 days at the Grubachof Hotel.. And there are no complaints! Everything is stunning!

Das Hotel benötigt anscheinend keine weiteren Gäste. Kann nur von sehr schlechten Kundenservice berichten. 1. wenn man eine Anfrage schickt, bekommt man erst nach zig. erneuten Anfragen eine Rückmeldung. Wenn man dann eine Rückmeldung bekommt, dann unfreundlich und man fühlt sich als Kunde, als hätte man was verbrochen. 2.Verrechnen sinnlose Aufschläge für Dinge (Service, Wäsche, Energie, Personalaufwand) mit der Aussage "wir dürfen das". Ich verreise im Jahr sehr viel - jedoch in meinen letzten 20 Jahren habe ich so etwas noch nie erlebt. Sucht euch besser ein anderes Hotel in der Gerlos. Beispiel: Hotel Edelweiss, Alpenrose "Hotel Pension", Inntalerhof"

Leider nicht das, was wir erwartet haben. Internetseite vermittelt eindeutig falschen Eindruck. Pluspunkt: gute Küche beim Abendmenü. Keine Beanstandung dahingehend. Service ist bemüht Minuspunkte: - Getränkeauswahl alkoholischer Getränke neben Wein und Bier lässt zu wünschen übrig - Warme Getränke wie Jagertee, Bombardino oder andere typische Ski-Gebiet/ Aprés-Ski Getränke gibt es nicht - Geruch im Haus unerträglich (erinnert an schlechte Schulkantine) - Kitschig, überladen, ungepflegt, lieblos - Bahnhofshalle als Essplatz - Frühstücksbuffet…naja…befriedigend - Zimmer: geschmacklich unausstehlich eingerichtet, Badewanne im Zimmer (keine Dusche), entweder ist das Zimmer dauerhaft zu kalt oder dauerhaft zu warm, Reinigung der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig - An der Rezeption findet man selten einen Ansprechpartner vor (es hängt notfalls eine Handynummer aus) Resümee: wir würden keinesfalls wiederkommen. Wohnlichkeit und gemütliche, geschmackvolle A**osphäre stellen wir uns anders vor. Wer mit weniger Ansprüchen reist kann hier nichts verkehrt machen. Für uns ein Flop.
