wonderful place but the reception was not 24 hours , the price was worth it , the receptions were super friendly and there were supermarkets and restaurants near there , the hotel was clean but not perfect

Look this is a simple and cheap hotel, for 40 bucks a night you can’t expect much but what you can expect here is decent service, The people running his hotel were super nice to us and helped us out massively. Excellently positioned in the heart of Gersthofen Conveniently right next to Lidl, and only 10 minutes walk from the number one restaurant.

Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Personal war nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück mehr als ausreichend und für den Preis sehr gut und umfangreich. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig, preisgerecht eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Parkplatz kostenlos vorm Hotel.

Hôtel proche autoroute. Très déçu car l’hôtel bien que très simple n’est pas digne de la chaîne Accor. Nous avons réservé via la centrale en ligne, l’hôtel ne retrouve pas notre réservation. Arrivée tardive à 23h il n’y a pas d’accueil et nous devons téléphoner à un numéro d’urgence pour avoir le code de la chambre. Réservation pour trois : un seul oreiller, deux serviettes et lits pas fait. Nous avons utilisé une couette comme oreiller car après 22h il n’y a plus personne. Toilette HS : pas de chasse d’eau. Douche cassée. Petit déjeuner à 10 euros vraiment pas terrible. Salle du petit déjeuner assez sale à 8h30. Nous avons eu un geste commercial de 20 euros. Nous ne pouvons recommander. Accor devrait faire un audit parce que l’image de marque en prend un coup.

Ich habe hier eine Nacht verbracht. Die negative Überraschung war, dass ich mich Online angemeldet habe, sogar online einchecken konnte, aber nicht im Buchungssystem des Hotels sichtbar war. So war eine "Neubuchung" notwendig, zum Glück war noch ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer entsprach dem Ibis-Budget Standard und war (incl. Dusche und WC) sauber. Mein Zimmer war relativ ruhig, ich konnte bei gekipptem Fenster gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls Ibis-Budget Standard, es wurden also alle kontinentalen Grundbedürfnisse befriedigt. Das Personal war immer freundlich und war in allen grundlegenden Dingen kompetent
