Hotel Aviva

Hotel attendees were so rude. They change the carton and mattress in 2 days. Very bad and unhygienic to stay!

Pathetic experience ever, We literally felt as if we were given worker's room (Infact) we were actually been given. Room was messy , cupboard was full of servant's clothes. AC was noisy and worst part was we felt like vomiting seeing the washroom . bizarre experience, we had a nightmare seeing & experiencing this dirty hotel. On top of it, they charged 1,200 bugs for the room which was non refundable. Staff owner's had no respect for the guest & fooled us literally. Please do not step in to this hotel by any chance.

Room condition was not good. Dirty smell. Bedsheet were dirty, towel was dirty. No cleanliness in the hotel

Basically the hotel is good, location is excellent. Staff are courteous. But space is a little cramped; beds and linen are not so neat; for the same cost, neighbourn hotels offer simple add on like tea kettle in room etc. Even small facilities like coat hangers: we have to demand and get.

Room was not available at same property after booking in mmt, provide at other location

The location is excellent, located close to ghansoli station. Shopping available around also good restaurants. This hotel does not serve food hygiene could have been better. The bed spread was very old one, not freshly washed. I have stayed in this hotel earlier. But it was better on earlier days

Bad. No water bottle no room service very poor

It has a facility like hot water ac fan cabord etc

Super dirty rooms, full of mosquitos
