It was a beautiful hotel that used to be a monasteries. The hotel was quiet big which consist 7 different building. The bad thing is that our room are in second floor, and the lift does not reach every part of the building. Al we have to go with the stairs.

Leuke ambiance, kamer was wel erg klein als luxe kamer (begane grond) en we hadden een terras uitkijkend op grof vuil op de binnenplaats ( ook zaten er nog sigaretten in de asbak buiten ) Gezien de tijd van het jaar was het uitzicht voor ons geen probleem . Misschien tip voor hotel om afval achter een schutting te plaatsen . Kamer was ook best koud , volgende keer nemen we pantoffels mee. Heerlijke douche , mooie badkamer. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Leuke aankleding , heilige hoekjes met een knipoog. Uitstekend ontbijt in mooie zaal, erg uitgebreid. Ook in de ontbijtzaal was het was fris, vooral aan de raam kant maar goed je kan je er op kleden.Ligging is perfect !!! Een aanrader ondanks wat puntjes!

Prima hotel, zeer goed ontbijt, heel dicht bij het centrum. Op 3 hoog alleen wat problemen met de waterdruk als het hotel vol zit.

Quirky hotel in 7 buildings that were once part of an old monastery. Helpful and friendly staff, rooms a good size with excellent facilities, and a breakfast buffet to die for. Also good value. A little off the beaten track but still only 10-15 minutes stroll from the buzzing centre. Easy access from the station on two tram routes. Would I stay again? Yes I would.

We booked this hotel for only one night stay but wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is within walking distance to the central highlights of Ghent and in a quiet area which felt very safe. The hotel, from friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent breakfast choices, made it a perfect stay for us. We stayed in a room overlooking the gardens which was quiet. We will definitely stay here again on our return to Ghent.

Lovely hotel. Great location to transport links and the historical centre.
Staff were helpful, and the bed was comfy. However, it was 2 singles pushed together, so be prepared to fall down the middle if you are like me and wriggle in your sleep.

An excellent hotel in a great location. The family room we stayed in was lovely, very clean with a view of the courtyard. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good too, so overall highly recommended.

Average hotel below par service. Reception is a hatch in the wall, and reception staff came across not really helpful or service driven. It's not welcoming at all. The room seems dirty and uncomfortable. Hotel bar, you had to keep picking up a phone, and someone came to serve you. Felt a bit fawlty towers wouldn't return or recommend to friends.
