To many reasons to mention why a break was essential - couldn’t have landed a better location - found the staff efficient yet afforded tranquility - Requests were greeted with shift conclusions If you felt short changed - your concerns are acknowledged and resolutions provided in good humour and without hesitation We can always find fault almost as soon as one arrives anywhere after the journey- (WizzAir really achieved to provide the worst experience ever) But once settled into the 3rd day after the disappointing SUNDAY DINER I felt we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel Book & relax

Thanks for these wonderful days we spent at Hotel Ghiffa. This hotel is very lovely and we enjoyed our holidays so much. Super nice Location with private beach and swimming pool. Direct access to the lake. Hotel Ghiffa is located close by the lake and offers a fantastic view. The ambience and as well the food is excellent! Thanks to all the staff members for the great service. We promise to come back.

We have rented 2 scooters here with the kids and we enjoyed it very much! The scooter were easy and lovely to drive. The staff was very polite and helpfull. We made a beautiful trip with our kids. We would love to go back again next time! Thank you very much for your service!! We will see you again!

Waanzinnig uitzicht op het Lago Maggiore. Het enige zandstrand in de wijde omgeving. Ook een zwembad aanwezig. Bijzonder onder de indruk van de twee receptie medewerkers Valeria en Alessandra. Zij hebben ons (en anderen) perfect geholpen met tips. Het hotel heeft eigen speedboten in de verhuur (goedkoper dan in Verbania) en een ongekend goed restaurant.

Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits pour un tarif avoisinant les 900 euros, c’était notre plaisir de fin de vacances. La prestation globale est décevante. La vue est sublime, la terrasse très confortable et agréable mais la chambre est vieillotte et la salle de bain pas du tout à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles. La literie est bonne mais il manque à minima un mini bar rempli et une machine à café, Un indispensable dans une suite de cette catégorie. La climatisation est très bruyante et dépend de la réception pour la température souhaitée ….. très pratique en pleine nuit si on a besoin de la baisser ou l augmenter. le menage est a revoir le sol de la chambre etaig sale. Le petit dej est très moyen, jus d un distributeur industriel qui ont le goût de sucre et pas de fruits, du choix certes mais pas beaucoup de qualité surtout au prix proposé. La plage est très agréable et le petit bar à côté sympathique. La piscine pas de commentaire particulier, juste derrière le parking avec le bruit constant de la route. Le restaurant est très decevant, cest tres cher pour ce que l on a dqns l assiette, de meme pour ka carte des vins. nous sommes sortis diner ailleurs le deuxieme soir et cetait deux fois moins cher pour une qualite bien superieure. personnel agreable

Très calme, bon petit déjeuner, très bel accueil, et infrastructures au top. Dommage le confort de la chambre pas au rdv pour un 4 étoiles, un peu perdu, aucunes animations le soir, obligés de reprendre la voiture.

Accueil du personnel excellent,très gentil et disponible. Restaurant au top. Très bel emplacement avec vue sur le lac Majeur. Piscine et possibilité de baignade dans le lac et petite plage avec des transats et parasols ainsi qu’un petit bar à disposition. Parking. Énormément de choix au petit-déjeuner (buffet) Seul bémol :climatisation trop froide et bruyante.(La température ce règle uniquement au près de l’accueil et pas en chambre) Douche un peu petite Très propre

Abbiamo trascorso una giornata bellissima in questa struttura posizionata direttamente sulla riva del lago. La camera totalmente rinnovata e molto pulita. La cena ottima,ma conosciamo il ristorante e abbiamo sempre mangiato benissimo. Servizio cortese e professionale. Il servizio boa per la nostra barca gentilissimo e veloce. Un’esperienza da rifare assolutamente.
