The location is great. Just a min or less walk from Glasgow Queens Street Station and the bunchhan Street Subway. Also quite near to the bus stop where we took the airport Express to the airport.
A basic and clean room with a complimentary mini bar. And is near to the shopping area.

Reception , excellent and Patrick was extremely helpful.
The free bar in your room , always refilled a nice touch.
Would stay at this hotel again.

Only 2 lifts and one out of action, decor tired and lounge not the most aspiring but absolutely fantastic location and good value for money

Excellent location, spacious room, complementary minibar is a highlight. Funnily enough, they remembered to refill the consumed alcohol but forgot about the still and sparkling water

Staff lovely as always but did get an earlier housekeeping knock at the door than would have preferred.
Had hoped the decorations would still be up but missed them.
Hotel perfect for Queen Street station, George Square, shopping in gereral.

Top class hotel. Could not have been better for me. Excellent staff, breakfast, location and also beautiful. BUT PLEASE ONLY USE MY FIRST NAME. NOT MY SURNAME.

This room was maybe nice 30 years ago but now it's in dire need of TLC.
Old, damaged, waterstained cabinets, noisy ac/heating system, holes in the bath enamel, sockets not working and general grubby feel. Add to that we had no hot water and when we reported this the receptionist didn't seem surprised "oh sorry, I'll report it".
Apparently the other side of the hotel has been renovated but I felt very much like I had been dumped in the cupboard!

Room a little small and dark. Breakfast ok, lack of gluten free sausages though. Please consider these as there are so many options available now.
