Evidently they did some renovations in the bathroom and left a mess. White dust all over everything, we had 3 towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. We didn’t even have hand soap. Luckily I had packed some just in case. We ate from the hotel restaurant, which that was very good.

Toilet was not working in first room, called front desk and they said it would be fixed before our return that evening. Upon return to our room, maintenance had never came. They came and plunged the toilet, but didn’t fix it- meaning we had to pack and move to a different room. That room was flooded due to the shower not being able to turn off. Called the front desk and informed and made a barricade of towels. Maintenance never did come and fix.
Other than that, very dated carpet in need of upgrade. Hotel touts premium bedding, but was not premium in regards to mattress or pillows.

Dirty looking, couldn’t tell if it was but doesn’t really matter because it looked as though it was dirty. Definitely dated. Toilet the type that is in houses that gets clogged easily because of weak flow I guess- had to call maintenance within 30 minutes of being there because my 4-year old clogged it. AC in room didn’t work at all- a dealbreaker for our family. No carts for luggage when we arrived, nor when we packing up and checking out! We will BFFsggìo
See posted called down to get the bedding to use the pull out couch and they just brought us up the sheets (no comforter or blanket) and didn’t make the bed! Didn’t even offer- I don’t understand why I was making a bed at a hotel! I definitely will never stay here again and will probably opt to never stay at any Hilton Garde Lu iï

The great thing about my stay here is that I was comfortable and able to have a much-needed, and very relaxed, respite. The staff was kind and friendly. I did not want to leave.

It was good. There was a little confusion on the booking, but I had everything I needed and after a few minutes they got their paperwork in order. Location was perfect for our stay. Restaurants in the courtyard.

loose tiles and sagging floor in the bathroom. Elevator makes strange noises. Hotel charged for parking but there was no disclosure or mention of a parking charge. It's not like it's a deck, just a big lot. No security or added value.
