The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful, what a pleasure it was to have her waiting on me. The rooms are huge with large bathrooms and foyer. What a surprise to get so nice of a room. Excellent place to stay!!

They had to give us FOUR rooms before one was clean. Then, there was NO shower head, and when they came to check it it was after 9 and they just walked right in the room, no knock, nothing, and never fixed it. The curtains only covered 1/3 of the windows and we had to use a clothespin to rig them shut. THEN, on day two of our stay, our room key wouldn’t work TWICE, and the first time they said they had us in a room that was one we were never given (from the first four) and had it wrong in the computer.
Most ridiculous experience ever. There are several hotels in the area and we WILL use another.

Refrigerator in room did not work and requested new one. Never came. Also cable went out the entire evening and was not on next day when we checked out early. Was charged an extra fee for checking out early but no refund given for remaining night. I understand cable issue may not be on hotel but I paid $100 a night for all amenities.

The hotel was very clean. It looks new, even though I am not sure how old it was. The location was great, for me. Assess to a lot of familiar stores and in a location were there was not a lot of traffic and speeding. Very important to me, especially when I am in a new area. I would revisit.

Lovely older hotel with nice updates. Room was spacious and clean. Towels and supplies were replenished daily. Bed was comfy enough but pillows could be replaced.

It felt like a self-service hotel. I could have driven a tank through the lobby and the front desk staff would just keep playing with their cell phones. No acknowledgement that we even existed. Also, the breakfast food area was empty with no one refilling. We didn't even receive room cleaning service on the first day.

The staff was very helpful and made my stay easy and convenient. Amy gave superb assistance all while having to answer calls at the same time. Thank You to Sonia for managing a great staff!
