Residence Inn Denver Cherry Creek

Until my check-out experience, this review would have been excellent. My husband and I flew in to meet our son, who lives in Denver, and daughter and family, who were coming to go skiing. We took the train from the airport to Union Station and walked to our hotel downtown. From there, our son provided our transportation. When he had to go back to work, our daughter and family, who rented a car, provided it. They arrived two days later and stayed at The Residence Inn. The clerk SMB at check-out, did not listen to me properly when I explained that we should not have a daily parking fee. She made me feel like I was trying to swindle them, which was very insulting. Although the parking fees were credited, she literally following me out the door and challenged our saying we had no car. We were getting into our daughter's rental vehicle!!!! The hotel itself, and the nice man working later in the days at the front desk was great. One small thing was a ring towel holder that needed fastening, but other than that, the suite was very clean and exceptional. The location is great, it felt safe and is near places to walk to. Please explain to SMB if people could afford to stay in the area, they are not going to be so petty to lie about $24.00. Thank You!!!

Staff was kind, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was wonderful! (Great oatmeal bar) Lobby is spacious and inviting. Great location with places to eat in walking distance (the illegal burger was delicious) Not alot of parking, but we eventually found one. All in all great place!

Lifetime Platinum BonVoy member here. Friendly staff but service not up to par; we ran out of body wash and Front desk did nothing; I had to hound housekeeper. Pool water not warm enough, whirlpool broken. Rooms had broken things. Great location though. All clean and OK breakfast.

Always love our stay here and the staff is always friendly and fantastic. They allowed us to ship items for our son before moving into his dorm. Well run establishment!

Kenneth was terrific- great customer service. Did not like the fact that we were not told about the housekeeping reduced days. Needed more!! there was not a hook in the large bathroom to hang a robe on.

Kenneth and Reggie at the front desk were amazing! They were extremely kind and helpful! Definitely coming back! We needed to make changes to the reservation and they did everything to help us out with absolutely no hustle.

Really nice staff . Our studio room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities. Would absolutely stay again

My daughter, grandson, and I recently spent a long weekend at Residence Inn Denver Cherry Creek. The staff could not have been better at this hotel. I have stayed here several times in the past few years and have always had a very good experience. The cleanliness of this hotel is unparalleled. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast offers a variety of choices. Coffee is available all day. This past trip was outstanding, and I’d like to mention a few staff members who were helpful, friendly and always professional. Thank you to Carla, Reggie, and Ken!

Four of us ladies were in town for a concert and chose to stay here for the 2 bedroom suite and close location to the venue. The two bedrooms were comfortable and clean. However the pull-out-sofa was not comfortable at all. The bedding provided for the pull-out was sp**** at best and not sized correctly. The rooms need a remodel and were expensive for what you received. The hotel was close to shopping, restaurants and other attractions. We felt like it was in a safe location too, but it was not unusual to see homeless on many of the street corners.
