Sanskruti Quality Resort

Gave you a feeling of it being not clean. The bathroom had such a strong smell of mold that we couldn’t use it. We didn’t want to use towels because we weren’t sure how clean they were. Glad we planned to stay just one night (although it was one night too many.) Food was mediocre. The staff seemed friendly.But the propert itself was in a very bad state and requires major overhauling. You could see wires hanging, no bulbs in lights, etc.

My room was OK. December hiked up price was a total scam. The restaurant staff were very inattentive and they only offerred mediocre buffet at every metal. AC and hot water were not working in my room

First of all, the Rooms, bathrooms are not clean. Rooms need to be refurbished. Definitely not worth the Rs 6000/ that was charged. In fact walk in customers were offered similar room at half the price.

Dirty pest infested rooms . Linen and towels dirty . No staff support . Not working ac and fans. This place is a mess and If you want to have a good trip avoid this. They have only good pics on net but you will be disappointed once you reach the place .

Spent a couple of nights last month in this property. The property looks good from outside with spacious reception, dining, cottages all around a swimming pool. While the room was decent, the washroom was not well maintained with exhaust fan not working, the electrical switches not fitted properly, hot water not available etc. It was a bit disappointing. The option for food was limited although quality and taste was good. May be we visited in an "off season" and hence our choice was limited. They have a SPA and I enjoyed a session in the spa with a very well trained therapist.

Will not recommend this property if you are keen on clean bedsheets and without holes. Though we requested them to change the bed sheet, it was still the same.W eq found the rooms damped and smelly. There were few mosquitoes around in the room. No hot water in the cottage where we stayed. Imagine in the rains with the water cold and no access to hot water. The breakfast was below average with no choice. Out of The 2 pools shown, one was with Algae, maybe this was the cause of mosquitoes. The Filter to the pool was not working. The rooms need maintenance very badly. In terms of location: it's well located. Management: this property is not well kept. Sadly, in spite of so many true negative reviews, the management is sleeping over it. Pricing: This is the only property which had a pricing of 3500 per night in the area. Others were around 6000/- We had arrived late in the evening and we're tired to find out more hotels. So we zeroed on this property. I

Didn’t liked the property, restaurant’s staff was not attentive. Good thing was they allowed late check out but the water supply was stopped and that was worst scenario. Breakfast menu was similar on all the days. Not tasty food and normally food is not hot up to the mark

Overall stay in Sanskruthi resort with family and kid is okay. The location was perfect ; distance to temple ( ＜2 km), restaurants ( Godavari and Pai restaurant ＜2km) and side seeing is near by ( 4-5 kms). Overall, I would give a 2 star experience. It's a good resort but the cottages/property is not well maintained. We booked the premium cottage for a family of 5 members, but had to shift to a different room for a night as the Aircon was not working. The management was not proactive to resolve the complaints/issues and we had to repeatedly follow-up until they fixed the issues. Commuting to restaurants, temple, beach and side seeing requires transportation and not recommended to walk with family in the night. Breakfast was complimentary and is okay for a day or two.

Feces stains on sheets and no hot water. Dark and very dated. Checkin was a nightmare. Worst experience in more than a decade and I am well traveled. I'd never suggest this place for anyone until they deep clean it and fix the hot water issues and the processes internally AC not working Swimming pool not clean.Staff very Bad.
