Marina Grand Beach Hotel - All Inclusive Plus

Hotel Marina Golden Sands 5 yıldız Bu otelden çok etkilendim. Denize bakan geniş bir terasa sahip çok geniş odalar. Plaja 30 metre. Oldukça temiz bir otel, tuvaletler ve giriş alanı günde birkaç kez temizlendi. Çok lezzetli yemekler, her gün yeni bir şeyler, taze salatalar, vegan, vejetaryen ve glutensiz yemekler. Güzel kişisel. Yeterli şezlong ve şemsiyeler, havuz bar, asma bar, akşam saatleri için çok iyi olanaklara sahip. Bir aile oteli olan çocuklar spagettilerini domates soslu, dondurmalı, patates kızartması ve nugget ile alıyorlar. Bu otelden çok memnun kaldım ve tavsiye ederim.

Çok eski ve kısmen hasarlı ekipman. Oda ve banyo felaket, banyo su sızdırıyor, fayanslar çok eski olduğu için sallanıyor. Oda halısı küflü, duvar kağıdı yırtılmış. Koridor pis kokulu eski bir halıyla kaplıydı. Restoran her zaman aynı şeyi yer ama tadı güzeldir. Her şey dahil konseptinde sabah 6'da erken kahve alma imkanınız yok ve eğer sorarsanız personel tarafından hakarete uğrayacaksınız. Otel kesinlikle 5 yıldızı hak etmiyor, 2'yi hak ediyor. Her şey 5 yıldız için var ama tamamen modası geçmiş En iyi şey sauna alanıydı.

Otel kendisi temiz. Bar personeli ve temizlik personeli, güzel ve yardımsever. Restoran müdürü kibirli ve bizim için çok tatsız. Covid hastası olduğum ve etkilerinden sonra kemoterapi gördüğüm için bana içecek getiren kocamdan bir tepsi kaptı. Personele müşterilerinin önünde birkaç kez söylerdi. Tavrı çok kabaydı ve daha nazik ve daha hoş olmak için biraz yardıma ihtiyacı var. Biz oradayken covid vardı ve yemek için korkunç yiyecekler verildi ve çölyak hastalığım olduğunu ve glütenli yiyecekleri dahil etmemi umursamadılar. Zaten fazla yemek yiyemiyordum ama kocam iyileşince ve covidimiz gidince bana yiyebileceğim ve beni etkilemeyecek yiyecekler getirmeye gitti. Diğer yönlerden hala zayıftım. Restoran müdürü, kocamdan yemek kaptı ve ona makul bile olmadan ve dinlemeden restorandan çıkaramayacağını söyledi. Çok agresifti ve bu nedenle burayı tekrar ziyaret etmeyeceğiz. Otel müdürü de umursamadı ve biz sadece ayrıldık. Bundan sonra nereye gitsek bizim hakkımızda konuşuyorlarmış gibi geldi. Bu tatilin kemoterapiden sonra ve meme ameliyatımdan önce dinlenmesi gerekiyordu. Çok üzgünüz. Tüm olanlardan dolayı, kendimizi zorbalığa uğramış ve rahatsız hissettik. Sağlık ekibi bize çok iyi baktı. Her şey dahil içecekler iyiydi ama kokteyl yok. Alkolsüz içecekler harikaydı. Odamız muhteşem manzaralı güzeldi ve özel hissettirdi.

Otel tüm beklentilerimi aştı, yemekler çok iyi, tüm odalar temiz ve özellikle insanlar çok sıcak ve arkadaş canlısıydı. Pepy happy'in ekibi en iyisidir! Bu yaz kesinlikle geri döneceğiz!

Checked in late at night they had proved me with a cold meal in my room, free mini bar in room 2 cans of beer 2 bottle of water and 2 cartons of banana water replenish every day, every day the cleaner made the fresh towels into animals, room cleaned to high standard, 7am-11pm all inclusive, on-site dr and spa, lifeguard on duty everyday, more than enough sunloungers with optional pads for comfy sunbathing, staff all polite and helpful will defo go again, no much provision for little humans from what I saw there’s a kids pool and kids uncover area

1. The hotel has only 3 small elevators that can accommodate a maximum of one stroller, but for a family of 2 parents, two children and a stroller, this elevator is not spacious, and waiting for the elevators takes forever. 2. Would you like to go from the hotel to the pool with the baby in the stroller??? Can not!!! Since there is no ramp, only stairs, it was a pain for us to ALWAYS CARRY THE STROLLER ON THE STAIRS. If you are at the pool and want to go on the main road to reach the sea, again the same problem. Stroller, luggage, child, all carried in arms. I don't want to think about DISABLE PEOPLE in wheelchairs, HOW DO THEY GET TO THE POOL AREA in this hotel!!!! 3. Extremely large number of broken, cracked sunbeds at the pool: a danger for the whole family. 4 . At 6 p.m. a gentleman (lifeguard) whistled for us all to get out of the pool stating that the pool must be cleaned with "chemicals". How? Well, he came with a bucket of washing up liquid from which he started pouring white dust into the pool, which was swept up with a broom later that morning...into the somewhat clean pool!!! While at other hotels in the neighborhood people are still having fun at the pool. 5. Mediocre food. 6. Bad drink with no option to pay for better drinks because they don't exist. 7. "KIDS CLUB" - IS A REAL DANGER FOR CHILDREN - DESTROYED FURNITURE, MESSY (THE HOTEL WANTS TO BE FAMILY FRIENDLY - IN 6 DAYS THERE HAVE BEEN NO ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN DURING THE DAY!!!!!. 8. Mold, infiltrations and falling plaster 9. The toilets at the swimming pool are the same as in the forgotten villages (at least they have soap and paper). 10. The staff attitude is poor. Except for the cleaning lady who was always friendly and smiling and 2-3 other people the rest of the people of mediocre quality.

For a higher end hotel I did not find it very good, nearly all the staff where very rude, the food was ok we ate out most nights mainly catered for Germans, no entertainment was on the whole 2 weeks, the room was nice beds made everyday towels changed every day the cleaner stole my mama glasses and when she asked her she said she had not seen them then they appeared back on the bedside table, the poolside snacks where good pizza etc better than the evening meal to be honest, it’s uphill to the hotel or lots of steps not so great for people with mobility issues but very good area for beach and shops

My family and friends have just returned from our holiday in this hotel. Before going I was concerned as some reviews wernt great. But in our opinion it is a lovely hotel. Very clean, food can get samey but plenty of choice. The rooms are big, sofa bed was a little small though. Staff are friendly and happy to please. Wasn't many English families at this hotel but wasn't an issue for us. Beach is across the road with plenty of shops and restaurants. Would I go back???? Yes!

Just arrived back from this hotel with friends and family. After some of the reviews I was not sure what to expect but we were all very pleased. The hotel lobby is modern and clean with a nice bar area. The piano bar - snack area also nice with terrace . Every morning cleaners were working hard around the hotel and pool. The pool itself I was worried would be too small but actually worked out fine with plenty of space for what we needed , some of the loungers could do with replacing but we usually managed to get some all together- there were eight of us. The restaurant gets busy , the food was what I expected from all inclusive it was plentiful and sometimes repetitive, staff were clearing your plates as soon as you finished so nothing was left sitting next to you . We had a park view room which was clean and comfortable, trying to get two teenaged to share the sofa bed unfortunately didn’t work as it’s small so we did have to go and buy an airbed . The animation isn’t for everyone but the team are fun and friendly and by the end of the week we joined in with darts and a movie quiz which we all really enjoyed. The hotel doesn’t seem to get many English people when we were there it was mainly visitors from Germany and Romania . The beach and resort is just across the road we found a couple of nice restaurants to try and a drink on the beach in a bar , they do tend to cater for more German tastes . We would definitely go back we had a great time !
