Berlin Golden Beach Hotel - All Inclusive & Beach

Celling in bathroom was leaking for 5 days and they didnt repair it. Was going with this issue for 3 days but every time they said they took care of it. After 3 days i just gave up. When I asked if they can change my room because of the leaking I was told that they cant do magic and find me new room. First and last time in Bulgaria. People in the recepion dont care. They only watch tiktok on their phones with headphones on 🙄 The manager is never there. They always call him on phone to tell him whats the situation but nothing happens.

As of my first time travelling outside the country. It was the best that I have. Also a thumb up for the staff at the hotel to be very helpful I ask something and finally the food was also great not quite something spectular but it was great.

4 persons in small room (12 m2). Badly mattress. Sun loungers and parasols in poor condition ať the beach. The staff is unhealthy and constantly shrinking. Unfinished chicken meat. Chaos at check in. Never more!

Do nor book this hotel even if is for free. The manager of the hotel very rude and unhelpful, charged us nearly 3 times the parking fee, with the reason that we travelled with a minibus and we are in 3 hotel rooms. Pissed me off. Food is the poorest quality possible too, no variety, not tasty at all for a hotel of 4 stars. My room hasn't been cleaned at all, no clean towels, saying that this is because of covid measures, so I should request a cleaner, but I don't think this should be an issue for a hotel of 4 stars. The only good thing is the location, I have a Seaview room and the beach is quite big with it own seabeds. Please avoid this hotel as much as possible.

Pooe customer service, unpolite reception staff in building D, poor cleaning in the room, although they knew we had a baby. The crib was too dirty to even look at it, nonetheless use it for the baby. Never again
