Old and grungy. Limited breakfast. Not the safest area. No automatic house cleaning each day, must ask for it if you want it. Poor lighting in room. Had to switch rooms because mine was dirty in bathroom. Some shady characters around. Should have spent the few hundred extra bucks for the better hotel and breakfast. Girl in breakfast room very nice and helpful. Cool that there is a bar and pool tables attached to the hotel.

Toiler was never cleaned, shower leaked all night, people arguing outside, and juice machine was broken wit almost nothing offered for breakfast

The hotel offers a restaurant / American cuisine food, but it’s not a restaurant. It is a sports bar.. the sports bar is completely separate from the hotel, but owned by the same owners that own the hotel.
I would recommend the owner get in tune with ******* so that the information given on the site reflects what you actually get during your stay. So it don’t come off as false advertisement. Place in general could be more family friendly.

WE ARRIVED OUR ROOM WAS READY N CLEAN !! CENTRALLY LOCATED ! WE WERE JUST PASSING THRU , STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY N VERY HELPFUL . THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ! WE WILL BE BACK !

The front desk staff at all times was very polite and helpful. I even got a print out of directions to where I was going. The breakfast area was very well stocked and kept very clean. The hostess greeted me with a smile, and was very welcoming. The location was perfect with easy access to Ishopping and places to eat.

Not as advertised. Looks like a low rent facility. Breakfast not as advertised. Floor was filthy. Couch was stained and old. Bed was very noisy. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Difficulty communicating with housekeeping staff.

I has booked a 2 queen bed no smoking room on *******. When we arrived at 10pm the only room they could offer me was a room with one queen bed and it was a smoking room. They were unable to accommodate me and unable to give me a refund. So my family and I drove an extra 30 mins to find a room at la Quinta which did meet our needs. I will never book with your company again. This was a ridiculously poor experience and someone needs to be held responsible

I liked the value. The property is appropriately renovated to be competitive with newer facilities. The price is right. Walkable to local restaurants. Easy parking for drop-off and pick-up.
