We stayed here 4 nights as a family of 3. 2 adults and a baby. Our room was up a lot of steps which was inconvenient with a baby but Gouvia on general is not pram friendly. The apar**ent was nice and clean and it probably would have been a 4 or 5 star rating until our final morning. I was totally horrified at people being allowed to smoke at breakfast. Breakfast is served under a roof and to allow people to smoke around food in an enclosed space is totally unacceptable. I get it that its more culturally acceptable to smoke here but I thought that was completely disgusting. Who really wants to be passive smoking over their breakfast never mind having their baby breathe it in?! While it was handy to get to the town and beach We would not stay here again because of this.

The worst experience we ever had in Greece! From the first moment we have arrived the hotel manager stalked us to force a move to another hotel. He was waiting a large group of young adults and he was very concerned about the risk of us calling him at night in case the larger group will make noise. I quote:”you need to move! I need to sleep at night! I don’t want you to call me” I must mention that he didn’t mentioned the name of the new hotel but he told me that will be a downgrade ( no breakfast, older hotel). Please avoid!!

A quiet and peaceful place to stay with kind staff. With a well-groomed garden and swimming pool. Easy to drive there and park your car. Nice location with view, close to the city of Corfu. Rooms at reasonable prices that exceeded our expectations.
