Vista Oasis

We went as a couple hotel was very clean very peaceful place no entertainment bar staff lovely especially young lad with glasses location hotel is at the top of hill some shops but mainly have to get a taxi DOWNSIDE the women with blonde hair and glasses very rude person needs to learn some manners we handed in our keys 🔑 she snip our wristband off us flight home wasn't until evening time so you couldn't even get a drink unless you brought it but we paid all inclusive don't say that on the website that they remove your wristband at 11 .00 didn't even offer to keep room or wristband on until you leave and pay extra Overall I wouldn't stay here again just because of the rudeness the bloke was very pleasant on reception might of been her husband he was helpful and really lovely bloke I understand its a 2 star 🌟 hotel and you get what you paid for but the food was bloody awful very basic no ceral in morning beans was cold we manly eaten out but would of been nice to of keep the wristband for drinks only the women honestly doesn't care and if she's the manager we'll she's unless at running a hotel she needs training nothing like what pictures show on internet nothing to do for kids if we had taken ours they would of been board out of their heads because I know we definitely was glad we spend more time out of the hotel then in it Ho and was bitten by something on the sofa bed leg still swollen and itching now and they don't change the towels and only a sheet on your bed 2 single beds pushed together as one rethink if you really are going to book here But honestly the bloke in the office and young bar man with glasses who works hard for his family I really appreciate you both ❤️ you both derseve to work somewhere better just get rid of that horrible blonde only women with glasses and improve the food and get entertainment for both adults and kids you would have a lovely hotel

Just got back from a wonderful stay at this hotel, the food was lovely, always fresh and tasty, all inclusive drinks were great, the staff are all lovely particularly the bar staff they all work really hard. The rooms were very spacious our view was delightful, they are clean and well equipped. The only little moan would be that the evening entertainment was a bit poor but having said that the lady does work hard a tries her best and being said that when your sat in a group and the drinks are flowing it doesn’t matter. For a 2 star hotel it deserves all the good reviews it can get, we’ve stayed in 5 stars that were a lot worse. So thank you vista oasis we will see you again soon!!! I regret to say that my experience at this budget hotel was dismal, making it the worst I've ever visited. The constant disturbance from traffic, deliveries, and rubbish collection ensured a sleepless stay. The hotel itself is extremely dated, with little effort apparent in maintenance. Despite opting for bed and breakfast, the unappetizing smell and poor quality of the food in the restaurant dissuaded me from having breakfast there for the remainder of my stay. While the towels were replaced regularly, they still emitted an unpleasant odor. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the staff. The blonde lady and the Spanish girl with glasses were particularly miserable. It seemed like a monumental inconvenience for them to answer any questions or even acknowledge guests at reception. Throughout my entire stay, there was no sign of a smile or any positive interaction from the staff. Moreover, rubbish bags littered the surroundings, and trolleys with dirty glasses were left unattended for days. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel and suggest exploring the numerous alternatives nearby. I will certainly avoid this establishment and its uninviting staff as if they were a blazing fire.

I was really worried before travelling but was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless and well presented. The pool and sunbeds were fab and super clean The food was a bit rubbish but I didn't go hungry. Was a decent cheap trip and worth every penny

Avoid don't bother you're holiday will be ruined,you will not want to stay,manager appalling attitude,and receptionist don't bother honestly

Great experience with lovely pool and facilities. We keep going back each year. Manager and staff very friendly. Almost daily evening entertainment from Bingo to sing song to dancing etc. Great place for Kids. Massuase comes daily. Each Bungalow well kitted out. Good restaurants locally if you prefer not to dine in house.

Great stay. quiet and very friendly staff! Central location. Nice wiev and good space around the pool and at the dining area. if I should add something, it could be nice to have a selfcatering station for the drinks. Looking forward to come back.

Just returned from 1 week at bungalow vista oasis. Overall a good holiday but a few negatives The hotel and communal areas were immaculately clean Plenty of sun loungers, small tables, and umbrellas at poolside and lifeguard on duty. Plus sun loungers were comfortable not the hard plastic variety. All bungalows are 1 bedroom if you have 3 or 4 guests in your party they sleep in the living area of the bungalow. One of our beds in living area had very flat uncomfortable mattress but when reported at reception it got replaced. Towels were replaced every 2 days but hadn’t the freshest smell No air conditioning in rooms but not needed at this time of year. Each bungalow had nice decking area with sun lounger reclining chair, table and other plastic chairs, very comfortable space. The food selection was limited but very tasty, if you are a fussy eater you will struggle. We were all inclusive. Good selection of drinks available on all inclusive. There is limited entertainment at night so if you are looking a lively hotel go somewhere else. Artificial grass at poolside was fab we loved it Location is quiet area not much in vicinity but good public bus service to many other areas of Gran Canaria. We loved the market in puerto Morgan If you are self catering beware there is no oven in bungalows. Just electric rings kettle and toaster

Does what it says on the tin. Booked apar**ent only with a friend. Very clean, beautiful terrace for late afternoon sunbathing. Had everything we needed. Pool lovely , plenty of sunbeds. All in all a lovely budget break. The only negative was that we had to use the bedding from second twin for bed settee and not easy to convert to a bed.
