酒店最突出的是價格實惠，各項服務基本符合三星級，南向房間基本聽不到公路噪音，大門口外有好多免費停車位，因市區車輛限行區域太多最好打車去老城區遊覽

停車方便，設施有點老舊，但衞生還算乾淨，前台服務人員非常冷漠讓人很不舒服

A quick check in. The room was comfortable and clean but a bit dated. The breakfast and dinner were both very nice. The hotel is also in a great location and has free parking

First morning of our stay, there was no hot water due to issue with water heater in hotel. Second day, when I finally got to take a shower, the shower hose fell apart and we had water pouring out all over the place. The safe didn’t work for the whole duration of our stay, and receptionist advised that it needed batteries but eventually they discovered it was broken so they had to manually open and close it for us each time we needed to access it. Air conditioning didn’t work properly for no apparent reason. Shabby, old fashioned rooms and very run down exterior. When I complained to reception staff upon departure, I was told there was nothing they could do for me, regardless of my list of complaints which they had been notified of throughout the stay. Had there been any other accommodation available, I’d have moved on day two, but being a busy bank holiday, meant there was nothing available, so I was stuck there! The only redeeming factor was that the cleaners did a decent job daily. Very unsatisfactory stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights at the Saylu Hotel, which is outside of Granada city centre. Many hotels in the city centre were booked out for Semana Santa and the remaining hotels available did not have ensuite bedrooms so we booked to stay here. I am glad because staying close to the festivities in the city would have driven me crazy! Saylu Hotel was a 40 minute journey from the bus station using public transport and there is a bus, the S2, a short walk from the hotel, which brings you to the city centre in less than 20 minutes.The La Alhambra is a very short taxi drive away for a little under €8. The hotel is basic and a bit dated as mentioned in other reviews. It was, however, very clean. The receptionist and cleaning staff were all very friendly. A breakfast buffet is available at €4.50 / person and we enjoyed our breakfast and the amount of choice. Our bedroom did not have air conditioning or a fridge. The room did get very hot at night and my boyfriend did not want to sleep with the window open as there was too much noise from the motorway. I would suggest to guests coming in spring and certainly in the summer to insist that they get a room with AC and a fridge when making a booking. There is nothing much of interest in the area around the hotel, except for possibly the huge shopping centre. The hotel is much much cheaper during off peak seasons and I am sure the price is what makes it very attractive. For a budget hotel, it ticks all the boxes.

We were extremely pleased with our choice of Hotel Saylu. We didn't want to drive around Granada so it was great to be able to park the car and forget about it for a few days. The bus stop into the centre was only a few minutes walk and they ran quite frequently. There was a cafe/restaurant in the hotel which served a menu del dia, so after an exhausting day of sightseeing you didn't have far to go for your meal and it was very reasonably priced.

Es perfecto, la habitación que teníamos estaba orientada a la autovía y no escuchamos nada de ruido. Las camas en muy buen estado, limpias, con dos almohadones y mantas extra por si pasabas frío. El baño completo con dos juegos de toallas y kit de aseo, lo único que no tenía era secador. Supongo que si lo comentas en la reserva te dan habitación con secador. Aparcamiento en el mismo hotel y en los alrededores sin problema. Nos costó solo 44€ porque no era reembolsable, volveremos sin duda porque la calidad-precio es perfecta.

Hotel razoável qualidade/preço, no entanto, sem qualquer tipo de isolamento acústico. Barulho feito nos corredores parece estar dentro do quarto. Pequeno almoço podia ser melhor, muito básico e quando termina alguma coisa não é reposto. Limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar.

Parking insuffisant, obligation de se garer dehors. Pas de mini frigo poir un 3 etoiles. Pas de bouchons evier ni baignoire. ( impossible de prendre un bain). Vmc brûlé. Sdb humide.
