Stained bedsheets. No water pressure. Breakfast was an hour late. Damaged room door. The entire building smells.

Every thing was good except when I got to get ready for the airport my shower wouldn’t turn on they offered to move me but it was too late I already got dressed for the airport he didn’t offer to give me my money back

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were good overall. They do offer complimentary shuttle to the airport via cab or Lyft! Breakfast was simple but quick with hot and cold items!
Highly recommend for a cheap stay!

Breakfast was great. Beds were old and sagging. Tub was VERY slippery. Carpet was EXTREMELY dirty.

The whole place when you walked in was under construction, everything was covered with plaster and dust awful hard to find the room could hardly find the elevator

Turned out the hotel was under construction. Our room was in the middle of it . Very noisy. Very dirty. Drywall dust everywhere . On one day during construction power went out they never informed power would be out . Wound up stuck in shower full of soap in the dark . Hotel did nothing to rectify.

Really needs updating. No daily maid service. Would not rebook. Not up to average standards

This particular property was under a big renovation. The fire depar**ent followed us in the building upon arrival and the staff was all wearing N95’s. The hotel, halls and rooms were covered in a fine dusting coating. We ended up not staying and asked for a refund. These renovations were never listed in their website, had we know we would have booked elsewhere.

This property needs updating which they are working on but the rooms are dirty and dingy. Our toilet couldn’t stop running so we had to change rooms
