Happy stay and really love it. Staffs are friendly and rooms are perfect.
Con: heater isn’t working in the room so it’s a bit cold

Good, clean, comfortable place to stay. Auston was very friendly and helpful, took good care of our needs. Bar had a fair bit of choices of drinks, and food was lovely. Close to Standstead airport. Had a good sleep overnight before our holiday. Would go back again.

Highly recommended hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a cozy ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The food was delicious and had a variety of options. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with friends . Room is great ,Auston is very friendly .Brillent customer service , nice food and hotel is clean and food is tasty . This hotel is not far from airport and big car park though fully busy . Highly recommend……………………………..

It's a run-of-the-mill Travelodge. You get what you pay for - Clean sheets. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff (always a bonus!). No hairdryer in the room. Standard body/hand wash provided. Good hanging space for clothes and my room was spacious, with a chair, mirror, desk and tea/coffee making facilities. The coffee was the worst I've ever tasted. It's vaguely mud flavoured and I literally couldn't force myself to drink it. It was nothing like coffee and I'm fairly certain didn't come from any kind of bean. Perhaps it's the dust they scrape out of a coffee roasting machine? PG tips for tea, but 'cheap as dirt, tastes like dirt' coffee.

Great stop over for the airport. The staff were so helpful, kind, professional especially the assistant manager Sarah who could not have been more helpful. Food exceeded expectation. Looking forward to our stop over on our return journey

Excellent location no stanstead airport . 15 mins taxi away. Quite location and met all our needs at the time of our unexpected visit due to missing a flight.

Avoid this hotel not very clean food not very nice.£5.10a pint day light robbery.staff are lovely fro the conditions they have to work under manager who runs hotel not a very nice person talks to his staff badly and has a attitude problem I’ve stayed at this hotel for 3 nights not inpressed

Needed accomodation 28th April after a 6.00am missed flight. The receptionist pushed to get us in midday as we had not slept... A brilliant breakfast, wish we were hungrier, eat as much as you can!! Slept.... Down for 7.00pm. Great menu. Not expensive compared to what we had been used to in London. Sticky toffee pudding & ice cream, a dream. As much Tea & Coffee as you want. Room was large, bed massive, great sleep. Don't think the staff could have done more for us.
