The staff were great to work with and allowed me to checkout an hour later to accommodate my business meetings. The bathroom could use some maintenance as there was water staining on the walls but overall I enjoyed my stay.

酒店衹有一部電梯，我從入住到離店一共6晚都沒有電梯使用。工作人員説假期一直沒辦法找到人員過來修，所以一直都是走樓梯且沒有工作人員幫忙搬行李。自己提了大箱子走了4層的樓梯。 酒店原來是有餐廳可以吃早餐的，現在衹開放週五，週六以及週日3天時間。此次入住體驗差！

Place was old and poorly maintained. Toilet difficult to flush, no drainage during shower...so at end of shower standing in 10 inches of water, front attendant seemed bothered to check us in, didn't inform us about included breakfast, NO PARKING AVAILABLE and limited assistance after hours, overall poor condition of rooms

valet greeter was the best experience of the stay. he was always energetic and seemed to love his job! overall good stay for the price.

This was a terrible experience because the hotel had construction and the great neck train station right next to it and we couldn’t sleep AT ALL. The noise was non stop, very loud, very disruptive. Would not recommend

The customer service was subpar to say the least. A gentleman at the front desk sat there and watched me struggle with all of my bags and did not even try to hold the door or help me get the bags upstairs when I first arrived after being in traffic for 2 hours. He just did the bare minimum and checked me in. For a hotel that markets itself as a “boutique hotel”, it is anything but that. The phone in my room was broken. I had no refrigerator and that was listed as the amenities I would have. The temperature was also unbearable. The thermostat read 87° and it was only 56° outside the night I came. I was there for a business related trip and I was gone from 7 AM to 5 PM every day and not once did anybody clean the room. The house keeper decided to make an appearance when I returned in the evening, but I was too tired to go out and leave to let her clean after a long day of work meetings.

Didn’t know that you had to leave a 100 dollar deposit that comes back in 3-5day nice way to get interest
