Four Fields Farm

Our host Ilze was extremely friendly, helpful and gave us tips and extra information about what to do and see. We had a garden appartement with large, well equiped kitchen, two bedrooms and a wonderfull garden. The accommodation is very quiet in beautiful surroundings. The two staff members were also very helpful and accommodating. We would have liked to stay longer. 100% recommendation!

Four Fields Farm is an absolutely delightful and beautiful place to stay at the Crags. The rooms and cottages are equipped with everything you need to be comfortable, the gardens are gorgeous, and its close to Nature's Way for a delicious breakfast. We loved and would definitely go back - Ilze is the perfect host - friendly and responsive

Upon arriving later than expected, Ilze was waiting with a big smile. Told me all was ready and took me straight to the Blue Room. Put my stuff down, then just had a looked at the magnificent gardens! Had a long trip so wanted to settle down. Had a view of all the birds visiting the nectar bird feeder. Had coffee while enjoying nature as its meant to be. The next morning, we visited and the horses, I took more photos. The gardens I had time to visit were really beautiful. Would like to return for a longer stay. Ilze's her staff are friendly and trustworthy. Better host one could not with for. Was sad to leave.

Set in a glorious, butterfly-filled garden, with mountains views, the immaculately clean house was so homely, with a well-stocked kitchen providing every amenity imaginable. A proper home from home. Ilze is a most generous, and attentive host. She was so welcoming and checked up on us daily. Her beautiful farmstead is a tribute to her incredible hard work and commi**ent to the natural environment. Load shedding was no real problem as portable LED lights were provided & cooking was with gas. The farm stall across the road provides daily, farm-fresh supplies, as well as delicious coffee, breakfast & lunch. Laundry facilities are available at the neighbouring campsite. The location was within easy access to Natures Valley & only 20 minutes’ drive to Plett. Very highly recommended!

Four Fields Farms is immensely good value, located in a peaceful area far from the madding crowd. Ilze is always readily available and willing to assist with things. We make this location a regular for our family

My paradise in South Africa. It is located on a large property on a small road between N2 off Plettenberg Bay and the sea (about 7 kilometers away). Beautiful garden, three cottages to choise from, fully self-contained, with daily service. Super clean, super quiet (no TV), excellent wifi, the cottage was tastefully decorated like a country home. There are paddocks on the property and from your window you can see horses graze. So many birds also !.. The hostess is fantastic, very friendly, she knows everything about the area and will make your stay an unforgettable one. Close by (2 minutes walk) is a farm stall where you can buy local foid, there is a cafe also. It is my third stay in this place and I shall sure come back!

Our stay exceeded our expectations . The location and views were excellent.Ilze and her staff were very hospitable.The apar**ent was beautifully decorated and maintained.very clean and everything was provided .A place that I would visit again.Very spacious and comfortable

If you want to feel the nature, and enjoy a magnificent place, go to the beautiful farm of Ilze. We had a magnificent apar**ent that felt like home. The nature is very beautiful, the ......house looks like a real farm house, with all the furniture and the equipment

Spent 10 days over Chris**as at Four Fields Farm. Felt myself relax as soon as we arrived. Such beautiful surroundings, the children loved feeding Maggie and Lilly (the 2 horses), the farm cat, and watching the birds on the bird feeder in our very private garden space. Ilze is a fabulous host and was always on hand in case we needed anything. Felt extremely safe and so peaceful. Having the farm shop just across the road was great, and only a 10 minute drive down to Nature's Valley beach.
