Bathroom vent was half falling out of the ceiling plus there were hairs hanging off the ceiling.

Very nice accommodations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, but I wish they offered waffles. However they did have a nice complimentary evening appetizer reception on Wednesday. I will definitely come back.

The check in and out was very smooth. The room was very clean, accommodating and spacious. Would without a doubt book again.

It was terrible. The front desk staff was sloppy, unprofessional, rude, and unhappy. My room which I paid for a wellness room did not seem at all any special than any other below average room. The difference is that it had an air purifier plugged in the wall and the shampoo, soap, conditioner and body lotion was from a brand called Zero which is not supposed to have harsh chemicals. The room was old looking, stains on the wall and furniture, cracks. Overall not worth the price at all. Will never come back.

I booked a King room, and I got an inadequate double, with a lumpy, lopsided FULL bed, it was not even a queen. I stayed only because I had a business meeting there, I was really tired from my travel.

Ms. Tonya's hospitality was highly commendable. She went beyond to make us very comfortable at breakfast. Her service would want you to go to breakfast even if you are not hungry.

We had a wonderful one night stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile for you. Everything was clean and sanitized, and the breakfast was very good. 5 stars!
