When turning down the sheets I noticed an orange stain on the pillow case that lead to the sheet as of someone dripped something on it. So I assume the sheets weren’t changed. Then when I went to look for my hair tie, I found two different old socks under the bed. Gross. When we got in the room the refrigerator wasn’t turned on so it took until the next day to cook off my food. There had to be something f wrong with that fridge. Microwave was beat up, but worked fine. The rooms are seriously loud. So loud that I thought it was thunder, but it was the person above me. That was awful. Breakfast was decent. The bacon was under cooked, but it had a nice selection, but not too much. Beautiful area when you first walk in to sit and then it flows into the eating area for the morning buffet. The pool was small, but it had a great patio that was connected with seating. Many of the lights were blown in the pool room. Bathrooms by the pool were very clean, hallways were clean too, and elevators also, stairwells, etc. They have a small selection of chips, candy, frozen dinners, and ice cream options at the front desk which is fun to take advantage of as needed. Lastly, we purposely wanted a wheelchair excessively room and we were able to get that. However, the room was all the way down at the end of the hallway which made it tough actually. I found that strange, but it’s probably a building construction thing. At night I did notice the lights were out here and there down the hallway too.

The shower door would not stay closed when showering. The indoor pool area was slightly heated but the water was so icy-cold that I could not enjoy the swim. The mattress was not a quality mattress, or maybe it was just old. The staff was helpful and accommodating but the business center printer was out of ink and would not connect to the computer nor any other device for usage - I found this to be very frustrating and counterproductive.

Overall the stay was fantastic and we loved Greensboro and this hotel was fantastic and accommodating and in a good location. My only minor complaint is we chose this hotel over others in the area because of the free breakfast. On Sunday we went down an hour before breakfast ended to enjoy a meal before heading out for the day but found no food aside from cereal and the waffle maker. Everything else was completely empty. When we spoke to kitchen staff to ask if they’d be refilling as there was an hour left for breakfast they told us they would not be, but if we wanted something they would make it but it would take 45 minutes to prepare and would be wasting food. Unfortunately this means we had to go out of our way and pay out of pocket for breakfast. I wish the hotel had done better planning to accommodate a busy Sunday breakfast as several other families showed up after we did expecting food but were left disappointed.

The pool was way too cold! Nearly impossible to get into it. Please raise the heat or don't advertise an indoor pool.

It was a wonderful stay me and my husband had a great time. The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! We definitely will be going back to stay!

I've stayed at this hotel several times because I like the location. However, the staff are uninterested and custodial. They aren't mean or impolite, but they can't be bothered to be helpful or welcome guests. Breakfast was disappointing as well, and I ended up going to a nearby cafe instead.

Very happy with the stay. 2 day stay, everything was clean, stay was awesome. Breakfast ready on time and hot. Everything was outstanding.

The bed was great, and everything worked, including the in-room coffee maker. Some of the fixtures seemed a little flimsy, and I kept seeing the same cigarette butt on the floor near the elevators, so I can’t give it 5 stars.
