Room was fine. Had to run the water for 15 min before it got lukewarm. Came by to fix and said they would figure out when we checked out. Breakfast was ok just basic cereal, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, and microwave breakfast sandwich.

Breakfast was just cereal and frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches. The bed was hard as a brick. The sound if slamming doirs and music was heard all night.

In again for the ACC Women's Basketball Tournament. Nice hotel, staff is friendly, clean, and everything worked. The hotel is in a great location, right near several highways and not to far from the Greensboro Coliseum. Plenty of restaurants around, thought mostly chains so if you're looking for something from the local scene you might need to drive into downtown or UNCG. Neither is far away though. Depending on your walk, not the most pedestrian friendly place either. BUT... if you're looking for ease and access then all is good here. I've stayed here before, and would do so again.

Hostess was on her phone the whole time while checking in. Hard to tell if she was talking to me or the person on the phone. Room very mediocre. Will not return.

For the price I paid I didn’t expect this to be such a great stay. I travel a lot and I can definitely say anytime I need to visit Greensboro this will be my location.

I did not like the surprise deposit charges added to my credit card when I checked into the hotel. I additionally had to wait for the attendant at 1AM in the morning for an additional 20 minutes while she tried to figure out how to apply those charges to my card.

We were here for 1 night, I needed 2 beds and accidentally reserved 1, staff changed it for me. Staff was really friendly. Room was decent, I saw the mirror was knot cleaned but we checked the beds and we're good. Would def stay again.

The staff was friendly, beds were comfortable and clean. However, our hall smelled so strong of ****, it took our breaths when we left the room.

Close to coliseum but noise in hallways carry into room and the sink and shower has horrible water pressure.
