The manager has a terrible attitude all the time. The pool is clean, but the owner doesn't want to open it up, wants it for looks I guess, to draw more people to stay. Needs to open up. The workers are overly worked for little pay, the workers don't get to have breaks or days off. Not fair or right. The rooms are nice yea, but overall, the pool should be open, and the manager needs to not bring personal issues to work.

This was this worst experience I've ever had staying at a hotel/motel. They said the room was non smoking, but there was burn holes in the comforter. The pillow cases and sheets had yellow and brown stains on them. There was no towels or wash cloths in the room. When I went to ask the receptionist for 2 towels and 2 wash cloths, she was only able to give me one towel and 2 dirty wash cloths. The receptionist was nice but that was the only good thing about this experience. We were woken up super early due to construction right next door. My goodness this experience was terrible. But I guess you get what you pay for huh?

I did not book the room because it was so dirty
They were doing renovations and no room was available so says the lady at the front office
Yet she tried to stick us in an unfinished room please ensure my credit card is been refunded

Very nice and friendly woman who checked me in but clear the mgmt/company didn’t provide her/the staff with the tools to take care of the property & its guests.

I have already sent you a request for refund roaches were falling on me when I laid down. Got up and looked around they were everywhere. Have pictures!! Only there a few hours had to sleep in my car!!!

It was filthy, and had not been kept up. Door not working, no TV remote, mirror dirty, bathroom a mess. Looked like mold.

I pay for room for five days. I came in at 2 o’clock to check in. I wouldn’t in my room. It was dirty had roaches dead roaches in the bathroom. I went back up there to the guy I like you even Carrie give me another room and I smell real salary And the pool had green and it was not even clean so I had to cancel my stay lucky I was able to find another place, but I had to find a place to stay that night. They did not even care they need to be closed down.

I just needed a place to sleep and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple extra dollars and get a better hotel that you will feel safe. The bed was sagging, and when I pulled down the main cover, there was a pack of cigarettes underneath the bed sheet. Lesson learned
