The room is nicely remodeled. One of the elevators is under repair and the other one is dirty, but some of this is to be expected from a property under remodeling construction.

I enjoyed the room very nice looking it felt very cozy relaxing and a nice view. Negative thing was only the elevator was very slow.

The desk and service staff, the comp breakfast, were great. The hotel needs work, though our room was nice enough and fairly recently renovated. The elevators seem like they're on their last leg, and the common areas are a bit more rundown than I expect from the Hyatt chain. Some of the coffee cups in our room were not clean on arrival, which was unpleasant. The shower had good water pressure. The beds are fine, not great. Pillows are the wrong firmness for the mattress, but fine for a night or 2. Had the price been much higher, I'd be more upset by the quality of this stay.

Our room was very nice and spacious. Elevator needed attention. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast ok not great.

Great hotel currently going through renovations. Only one elevator was working. Nice comfortable room. Love that there was a clean sofa in the room.

The property was under construction and only one elevator was functioning. It was not in the best condition had loose panels and creaked a lot.

Staff was friendly but hotel itself was kinda dirty. One of the elevators were down and the working one was falling apart - the panel with the buttons was literally not bolted down all the way. The hallways were dingy but the room itself was clean.

Elevator was slow and panel was loose. Hardwood floors outside elevator and in my room escalated noise in my room. No phone, complimentary water, or “do not disturb sign”
Didn’t have room cleaned after my first night stay still without a sign to put on my door.
