Great hotel! Wonderful location!
Convenient to all the fun downtown!
Room was very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed my 2 night stay.

Toilet paper is so cheap you will need to use half the roll for 1 wipe, WiFi works half the time, trash was left in the can from previous guests, and overall stay is just less in quality than you can get for other places nearby. Adding a couch doesn't make your room more enjoyable when everything else is subpar at best.

They would not my wife check in without me even with our itinerary number.
The checks given by the hotel were not any information provided to me.
For 250 dollars a night the hotel is out dated and not upkept well.

Hyatt Regency was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect. We were in the heart of downtown Greenville and could walk to the Arena.
I would definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel.

Property itself was ok, average. Every time someone shut a door next to ours our door rattled terribly so that was super annoying when trying to sleep!

Was assigned a handicapped room that wasn’t requested.
The safe in room was broken.
The counter in room had coffee stains.
Door stop broken.
No non-decaf coffee on first day.

When we arrived Hesham helped us withour bags, was courteous great with answering any questions we needed answered. Willing to help us whenever we needed help. Housekeeping was excellent. We asked for service everyday and it was delivered graciously. The restaurant the Roost was our restanurant of choice for every meal. Food was delicious and the staff excellent. There was a Starbucks in the hotel which was so co venient for our morning coffee. We plan to stay again next year.

Pay extra for Main St or Panoramic View room. It’s well worth the upcharge. Hotel is bustling with activity. Room service is available and the Starbucks on site was a bonus for morning coffee, although Hyatt did provide a mini single serve coffee brewer and free coffee pods and Twinings tea. Modern furnishings. Large flat screen tv. Parking garage right next door $7 per day and second floor direct access to the hotel was convenient. Area is super clean for downtown. Walk down to river and use the walking trails. Beautiful area for a stay.
