This review is for the front desk girl , Karoleen. She is such a gem , and always available when I come to front desk, knows me personally , and always has a smile on her face . However. I do wish the hotel was a little bit updated, such as the beds, and another positive note is, I have not seen any bugs.

The staff was very friendly, this is a great hotel to stay for long term. The rooms were very clean and nice there was nothing that I didn’t like. I really Liked the kitchen and how convenient everything was. I recommend this hotel for long term stay definitely.

Amazing Customer Service. Karoleen at the front desk has also done an amazing job taking care of all my needs. She’s very nice and respectful and friendly. Room and overall stay fit best for all my needs. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend it!!!

My children and I have been staying here for about six months now and we love it. The staff is so friendly. It’s almost like they’ve become family. The rooms are clean, it’s quiet, and I love the access to shopping stores and restaurants near by!

Front desk karoleen was very nice the room was very comfortable would definitely recommend the room is very big and fits 4 with the pull out sofa I came for a couples of days and every time I needed something karoleen was there to help and make our stay easiar.

So far not impressed. My reservation was screwed up. Limited soap in the bathroom. Breakfast discontinued the day I check in. Took 10 minutes to check in. Room was opposite the housekeeping room, so noisy. Busy area, so tough to get around. Probably can't recommend.

I always stay here when I'm in town. My home away from home. Close to everything. All staff is extremely nice. Karen and Melissa are the best. They always have a smile of their face. Very clean and spacious rooms.

I stayed here two different times, and the great experience I had the first time is the reason why I chose to stay here the second time. Everyone working there was so friendly and helpful. My expectations were definitely surpassed!

This extended stay is absolutely amazing!! The location is right off Haywood road, right across the street from the mall,(walking distance) there is tons of places to eat as well, all within walking distance. The hotel is kept so clean! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, more like a studio apartment (with an oven!) than a hotel room!!! Taylor at the front desk is absolutely amazing!! The BEST customer service I have encountered in a very long time! Ari at the front desk is absolutely amazing! If you’re looking for something big, safe, clea n. Than this is your spot!!
