Second stay there and absolutely delighted. One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in.

호텔이라기 보다는 성당 안에서 자는 느낌랄까, 곳곳에 있는 오브제들이 가톨릭 느낌을 많이 주었습니다. 방도 넓고 쾌적했고. 스마트 티비가 있어서 멕시코 방송을 알아들을 수 없는 제게 한 줄기 빛이었습니다. 위치도 호텔들이 많이 분포되어 있는 쪽이고, 조식까지 포함된 가격이라 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 제가 못 찾은건지 없는건지 모르겠는데 냉장고가 없었습니다,, 진짜,, 물도 탁상 위에 올려져있었습니다,, 장기 숙박이면 불편할 수도 있겠다 싶긴 한데 이틀 묵었던 저에게는 별로 불편하진 않았습니다. 직원들도 친절해서 좋았어요. 다음번 방문 때 또 묵을 의향이 있습니다. 추천해요!

Everything about this property was really great , except for the cost of the laundry service which was confusing to understand and very expensive , about 2-3 times more expensive than normal door to door laundry service in west Guadalajara

My Reservations was from 21 Dec 2024 thru 08 Jan 2024. Breakfast service was way too slow. They did Not treat me like a VIP, nor did they give me Free Wine nor Room upgrade (VIP Benefits = None. My Last Week of Stay, from 30 Dec until 05 Jan, I heard really Loud Noises in the Bathroom and also in the Bedroom from 9:30 pm until 07:30 am. I complained about the loud noises to the all the Staff. Nothing was done, so I checked out earlier, from 05 Jan instead of 08 Jan. Unfortunately, the Staff didn't seem to care about my complaints. I noticed that there was a Utility Room, right next to my Door. I think that's where all the Loud Noises, were coming from. I have been going to La Mansion del Sol since 2012 until now, 2024. I've always stayed in Room #7 and Never had the Loud noise problems, nor the lack of VIP Services and also the lack of VIP Benefits too. Its really a shame, to say the least. I don't know if I'll go back again next year. I'm a very disatified Customer.

This place is fantastic. Everyone was helpful, and super polite. I will try to stay here every time we are in town. I highly recommend La Mansion.

Everyone in the hotel is amazing. I wish I can keep track of their names, but I'll like to thank all of you for always being so welcoming, friendly and professional. Rooms are great, the view we had was unbelievable. Everything was fantastic.

Great service. Staff was very accommodating. Hotel was clean and beautiful! Enjoyed having breakfast every morning, in their beautiful patio/garden area. Our waiter, Francisco was amazing!

Beautiful property and friendly staff. The nearest place to eat/shop is a 15 min walk. The traffic is very dangerous for pedestrians. Cars don't stop so you have to run across several big streets.
